Lee was my pest control officer and was very knowledgeable and reassuring. After 3 visits the mice were gone. Would highly recommend Monittor for their efficiency, knowledge and results.

Three visits were made to check on the aftereffects of a rodent infestation in my terraced house - bait laid, footprint powder applied, final check. Most welcome, as was the assessment that the problem (ie. the rodents) had almost certainly gone!

It was hard work but we followed their preparation advice to the letter. Their operative was brilliant. He explained everything to us and gave us lots of advice. We have two more visits due yet but the bug problem has already nearly gone. Cannot rate them highly enough and price was better than we expected.

The man was friendly, professional and gave me advice on what type of bed and mattress I needed to stop bed bugs hiding in them and he was a life saver and I thank him very very much

I love the fact that the officer call me before hand, He comes in and gives me a breakdown, Lets me know what is happening with the insects and what can be done tot get rid of them.
He also gives a progress report before he leaves.

We had quite a large rat issue in our house, where they were nesting up in the attic and underneath the ground floorboards. Came round within a week of calling, extremely friendly and definitely went above and beyond to ensure that we had identified all potential areas to help fix our rodent problem.
