This is the worst of them all

This is the worst of them all. You can only credit your wallet from an account in your name but can't withdraw from the wallet to an account in your name. When you credit your wallet, you're stuck with their worst rate. I closed my account and deleted the app. This is not Nigeria so learn what service truly is.

Avoid at all cost, they are likely offering someone else a better rate than you are being offered!

I usually use Lemfi, however on this occasion someone had advertised monieworldnto me saying their rates were better. While lemfi was exchanging at 1£ to #1980, they were exchanging at 1£ to 2005. So I was excited. When I got the invite link, I was enticed even more saying I would get a boosted rate of 8naira per pound sent for the first 30 days or so. In my head, oh wow, even better. Only for me to finish going through the hurdle of registering and the exchange rate they were offering me was 1£ to 1993naira and this was the boosted rate. Meanwhile the person who invited me, her rate was still displayed as 1£ to 2005naira. I realised they offer different rates to different customers which I don’t think is fair. Anyways, I moved on from the useless monieworld. Avoid at all cost, they are likely offering someone else a better rate than you are being offered!

Absolutely useless

Absolutely useless. Avoid them at all cost if you need to send money. It all went well for the first 2 transactions then I received an email asking for information about my transactions and could I send a payslip or other documents to them. I did this but was still unable to send money. I then received yet another email asking for yet more information. This time a selfie of the person receiving the money holding documentation. This I did and an acknowledgement email was sent by them. However, im still not able to send money while they review all documents. This is pathetic as I needed to send the money over the festive period. This made me look for alternatives and I discovered Go Transfer which is a brilliant app and allowed me to send money with no problems at all. I would highly recommend this app as its easy to use and money is sent instantly. Monieworld is a waste of time and a massive inconvenience and I would avoid at all costs.
