Disgraceful customer services! DO NOT BUY MONHOUSE PRODUCTS!!!! Between myself and my son, we purchased 4 Monhouse oil heaters over Winter 2022. All four of these have been faulty. Trying to get a response or help from them is impossible. The ONLY WAY to contact them is via email. They take weeks to reply, if at all. Putting people lives at risk. They simply just don't care. Biggest regret buying from them. Stuck with a load of unusable heaters!!!!

Ordered item in November that did actually arrive. Item was faulty though. Sent numerous emails requesting replacement but nothing back from them whatsoever. Utter rubbish company. Definitely do not ever use these guys! Waste of space.

Company no-longer exists in company house records. All given email addresses and phone number do not work on their web site (monhouse.co.uk). They will still take your money!

If I could give zero I would. In total i have purchased 4 products from monhouse via Amazon. Two failed within 24 hours (heated throws), then one at 12 months, the other 1 ok so far. All heated throws and duvets had minimal use, less than 10 hours. Their communication direct and via Amazon has been non existent. Only Amazon have resolved my issue. They don't disclose any of their warranty information so be aware, check before you buy. And have no customer service via email and no telephone number so don't waste your time. Ordered, did not receive. Received a DPD tracking notification that delivery woukd be next day. Stayed home to receive but no delivery as Monhouse had not sent the item to DPD. Think this company is a sham. About to contact bank for a chargeback.

No response to emails.

Waste of time.

Ordered an item, payment showed as pending in my bank account. The next day, payment was removed. No explanation from Monhouse. You CANNOT contact this company by phone, they have no phone number. They have a generic email system on their web site, but no one ever responds to it.

I am not convinced this company trades any longer. Either way, their Customer support is non-existent. Just dead silence.

I ordered the product and didn’t get any updates on delivery dates. I chased the company after 8 days and they said my delivery was lost in transit during Black Friday. This was clearly not true as I ordered it after Black Friday and DPD never received the unit. The product was then out of stock so I was offered to wait or a refund. I waited and the unit finally arrived A couple of weeks after ordering it

Have been waiting for an order to ship for over a week, still nothing dispatched to DPD. Have contacted vendor through website and Paypal dispute process. Nothing back. Please please avoid spending money with this company

Same day dispatch for orders placed before 1pm they say....
Well 2 days later still no communication from them.
No phone number, just an info@ address.

Seems a sham company to me or customer service is non existant. Can't understand why they generated a DPD delivery tracker when item was not even dispatched!

UPDATE:
After 8 days of no communication I received an email saying the order was probably 'lost' in black Friday shipments - offered a replacement or refund.

Considering the order status was still waiting shipment and PDP have not collected anything I took the refund option ! Back to the card within a day.

Can't be trusted. !! AVOID !!
