Fantastic service
Fantastic service, professional and competent. Moneypenny answer the phone for my busy Counselling and Psychotherapy practice, they direct calls to the correct team member and deal with patients with professionalism. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Fantastic support
I used Moneypenny to support a previous business that I owned so when it came to choosing an answer service partner for my new business I had no hesitation to approach them again.

These guys are brilliant, and so accommodating in making sure the service is set up exactly as one wants.
Add in the fact that the calls are answered incredibly professionally by someone who knows my business, and that literally nothing is too much trouble, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Moneypenny to EVERY small or medium business who want the freedom of someone answering their calls sometimes, occasionally, or all the time.

We’ve been using Moneypenny for our phone answering service and have been very impressed with the quality of service. The team are always professional, polite and friendly, and they give our business a much more polished and responsive feel when customers call.
It gives us real peace of mind knowing calls are being answered properly, even when we’re busy or unable to get to the phone ourselves. Messages are passed on quickly and clearly, and the service has helped us avoid missed enquiries.

Great for small businesses
The best thing we have to say since onboarding Moneypenny for overflow call handling is that our customers haven't noticed! At busy times, our calls are still answered, and where possible, actioned.
The only thing that would make it even better is a shared view of the call handing flow. The communication has been over emails and spreadsheets, which is a bit cumbersome.

Consistently Excellent Service for Over 20 Years
Moneypenny have been answering our calls for over 20 years and their service has been consistently excellent throughout. The team has naturally changed over time, and Emma is our current team leader and point of contact, but the high standards have remained the same. Calls are answered quickly, always politely, and messages are taken accurately if we are away from our desks. Their systems and IT support the service seamlessly. A reliable, professional and genuinely helpful team.
