MR. RAY WAS VERY VERY VERY HELPFUL!!! I AM SO GRATEFUL THAT HE CALLED ME THIS MORNING. I ALMOST BLOCKED THE CALL DUE TO SO MANY SCAMMERS OUT THERE. HE LITERALLY CALLED THE MORTGAGE COMPANY WITH ME ON THE PHONE TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS ON THE UP AND UP. SO MUCH STRESS HAS BEEN LIFTED OFF OF ME. WHEN SOMEONE THREATENS TO TAKE YOUR HOME THE RESTLESS NIGHTS BEGIN. SO MY NEW PYMNT PLAN IS EFFECTIVE AND I'M GETTING IT IN WRITING. THATS WHERE I MESSED UP AT INITIALLY, NOT GETTING WHAT THEY TOLD ME IN WRITING!!!!! THANK YOU MR. RAY. YOU ARE DEFINITELY MY BEST FRIEND, MY TRUE FRIEND, MY ONLY FIREND RIGHT NOW. I'M 100% POSITIVE THAT HAD YOU NOT BEEN ON THE PHONE WITH ME, THAT CONVERSATION WOULDVE BEEN VERY DIFFERENT. FEEL FREE TO LOOK ME UP SO YOU CAN COME TO THE BBQ. I'M CALLING IT THE WELCOME HOME AGAIN COOKOUT.

I felt like I was drowning in debt, but there came relief in the form of a Godsent (Ms.Rowena) who gave me a silver lining. Now all that I have to do is follow her advice and I will be on a better path in four years!

My experience with MMI has been exceptional! From the very first phone call to the final payment February 2026, the process has been a pleasure. MMI was available every step of the way and made the journey both easy and a great learning experience! I'm now debt free and highly recommend MMI to anyone who has the desire to be debt free.

Be careful with MMI. I doubt they're breaking the law, but they conveniently do not tell you that the DMP does not take into account any promotional interest plans. They extended my DMP past the plan. I got hit with over $1000 in late fees.

(Edit: The MMI reply below says I was advised that maybe there was a promotional plan. They weren't sure. They were supposed to check and take that into account in the bank negotiation. They didn’t.)

They didn't mark it as an edit; they might want you to believe that they wrote that from the beginning so I look bad. If you need evidence of their trickery, it could be this. Let's see if they suddenly 'remember' to mark their sneaky edit. Got a screenshot this time.)

I trusted MMI and in return I got the opportunity to continue paying not only the bank, but them too - their service isn't free.

Did a very good job on paying off my creditors, but not so easy getting in touch with someone to speak with. I do recommend them, but just make sure you know when the payment goes out to your creditors.

Horrible, if I had known it would negatively affect how creditors looked at my accounts I never would have signed up. They get paid $50 a month off the top and do nothing but send a payment for me. Waste of money. Close the account yourself if you can’t handle it and then call the creditor to chat about lowering interest rate to get it paid off. Then at least you did all the work. Or just file for bankruptcy and wait 10 years to buy a house or make a major purchase. This place fails to give you all the facts and you’re just excited someone provided a plan and is gonna help you. At least that’s what you think.

MMI has assisted me twice with my credit card debt. In working with the creditors
* interest % is greatly reduced or eliminated,
* mininum payments are lowered,
* the monthly ACH pmt to MMI is taylored to your expenses/budget.

There are many useful programs and classes offered. I did not utilize them.

I have used Money Management twice. I have also tried to use other services only to find out that they were scams of highest order. Money Management is what they say they are and absolutely wonderful to work with. I highly recommend them. These days it's easy to rack up debt on your credit cards and make mistakes hoping to solve your financial problems, Money Management is honest upfront and worked for me I hope it works for you!

Great way to pay off your credit cards or debt

I will be honest—I was very skeptical about using their services at first. I was concerned about potential damage to my credit score and the possibility of running into legal issues with my creditors. However, they completely exceeded my expectations and put all of my doubts to rest.

A representative contacted me within 24 hours, and after I provided my creditors’ information, she created a debt management plan that was perfectly tailored to my situation. The team handled communication with my creditors directly, so I didn’t have to manage any difficult conversations myself—aside from requesting account cancellations.

MMI professionals successfully negotiated interest rates with my creditors and set up automatic payments, making the entire process seamless. The relief I felt was immediate; it truly felt like a huge weight had been lifted off my shoulders. On top of that, their fees were very reasonable and among the lowest I found.

Overall, the experience was professional, efficient, and incredibly reassuring. I highly recommend their services to anyone feeling overwhelmed by debt and looking for trustworthy support.

After a series of irresponsible financial decisions I made in my 20s, I racked up high amounts of credit card debt across multiple creditors. Very quickly I felt like I was drowning; to make matters worse, I had a difficult time keeping track of the different loans, their minimum payments, and due dates, which led to higher debt in the form of late fees. Desperate, I found MMI in 2023, which proved to be one of the wisest financial decisions I ever made. They were very quick to work with: they negotiated lower interest rates for all of the loans I chose to include on the debt management plan, and soon I had only one manageable payment per month rather than a fleet of different payment amounts and dates. Because of the DMP, I was finally able to make on-time monthly payments, and I saw my credit score--previously tanked--rise further and further, granting me access to better options to various things in life such as apartments (many of which require a min. credit score), as well as allowing me to budget out things in my life that mattered. For anyone undergoing financial debt, I highly recommend MMI.

I accidentally found Money Management by calling a tv station for financial advice. The woman I spoke to told me about the company she worked for and suggested that I should let them help me. I had no idea of what I was getting into! She called yesterday and told me how she could help me. After we went through the process, I was in shock…I felt that Rowena saved my life! She was so organized and did everything so well that I couldn’t believe this was happening to me, but it was. I want to tell everyone about her and Money Management! Thank you all for being there!

When I got myself into significant credit card debt, I desperately wanted to find a guide to help me plan a way out. I found a solid partner in MMI. From the first intake and detailed accounting of my financial situation, through many questions and some really lean months, until my final payment 4+ years later, I relied on MMI staff and resources.
I felt very grateful when I made my final payment and knew that all of my credit card debt was paid off. In the process, I learned to be more disciplined in my spending, and learned the necessity of closely tracking my income and expenses, not just guessing.
I continue to budget using just my debit card, and have transitioned to auto-sending to savings most of the funds I used to send to MMI each month as they managed paying off my creditors. Until I began working with MMI, I was not successfully managing my money. Now I feel much more confident in doing so.

Everything was fantastic, MMI truly help me change my life in a positive direction. The whole process was pretty positive, the only feedback I would provide constructively is that team does a better job in coordinating final payments and closing the account, there were a few mistakes made and it really made me feel uneasy, but MMI stepped it up and corrected the mistakes.

Working with MMI was a breath of fresh air. They were incredibly fair and understanding, helping me establish a realistic, affordable payment plan. I strongly endorse their service.

I began my journey to repair my finances and get out of debt first by looking into several different options and loan solutions, etc. I chose MMI and was very happy in every way. I felt the solution was extremely beneficial and fair and from the very beginning, everything that was explained happened just like they said. My interest rates were renegotiated while the balances remained the same but everything happened just as they said and all of my creditors were satisfied at the balances, with only the interest rates affected. I would highly recommend working with MMI.

To be honest, I was nervous at first and had lots of doubts. But it's turned out to be one of the best things I've ever done. I genuinely look forward to getting my MMI statement every month so I can see the progress I am making.
