Hello,

Sorry to hear that it took longer than expected to receive your GeniusCash.

We deliver GeniusCash to most customers within 30 days of their application date by automatically receiving confirmation from the bank that the application for the account has been approved and that it meets all the eligibility criteria for GeniusCash.

Sometimes we don't receive this confirmation from the bank automatically and manual investigation is required. There are various things that the bank needs to validate such as approval status, that you're a first time applicant for the account, that the application was started from our site, etc. Unfortunately, the manual investigation time does depend on the bank and it is outside of our control.

Just checked on our end, and according to Interac, the e-transfer for the Coast Capital Free Chequing Account GeniusCash offer was successfully sent on 2025-01-28 to the email address in your payment preferences.

We deliver GeniusCash to most customers within 30 days of their application date, by automatically receiving confirmation from the bank that the application for the credit card has been approved, and that it meets all the eligibility criteria for GeniusCash.

According to our records, the GeniusCash for the offer you got approved for was sent to the email address you have set up in your payment preferences on 2025-01-29, but was not deposited due to Interac delivery failure. Please make sure you have the correct payment email address set up in the payment preferences in your Account Settings.

To clarify we do not have a business relationship with BlueCross. When evaluating health insurance providers, we analyze over 15 data points to generate a trustworthy Genius Rating. We consider all aspects of a health insurance policy, including the premium, overall coverage, extra perks, disability coverage, customer satisfaction, and customizable coverage, to assess its overall value. Then, the health insurance policy’s features are rated based on how they stack up against other available options.

We're sorry that it's taking longer than expected to receive your GeniusCash.

We deliver GeniusCash to most customers within 30 days of their application date by automatically receiving confirmation from the bank that the application for the Credit Card has been approved and that it meets all the eligibility criteria for GeniusCash. Sometimes we don't receive this confirmation from the bank automatically, and manual investigation is required. There are various things that the bank needs to validate such as approval status, that you're a first time cardholder for that card, that the application was started from our site, etc.

When we don't receive this approval confirmation from the bank once it's been 4 weeks since your application date, an automated email gets sent to the email address associated with your account with the link to your creditcardGenius or moneyGenius dashboard, where you can open a ticket so that we can send your info directly to the bank for a manual approval before the offer expires.

Please note that as per our Terms and Conditions, you must open a GeniusCash ticket within twelve (12) weeks of your application for the GeniusCash offer.

If you've already opened a ticket in your dashboard, could send us your email address via our Contact Form, or by emailing us at hello@moneyGenius.ca, and we'll be able to reach out to our team internally to investigate the status of the GeniusCash offer, and get back to you as soon as we have more information.
