To top it off, the financial services industry is fragmented and confusing. This means that our money often isn’t working hard enough and our goals are much harder to achieve. So, we made a solution. We brought saving, investing, home-buying, and retirement services together into one simple app. So people can reach their goals and build wealth with confidence, whatever their starting point. We want to help people build wealth, but our mission goes beyond that. We believe that building wealth isn’t simply about accumulating more money. Great company

Great company, excelled rates of interest & good exchange rate when using card abroad (I no longer bother taking travel money on holiday). Finally, app is superb with many useful features like ability to lock card if misplaced.

Lyndsay Very Helpful

Lyndsay on the help chat, kept an eye on my ISA transfer to Moneybox when it couldn't be done on the app, and had to be done using paperwork. I was kept updated during every step of the way. My ISA transfer was completed.

Fantastic service from money box

Fantastic service from money box - a great way to save and compound money fast. Better than saving with any bank. Worth creating a mini portfolio of Investments to top us funds and I like the features. Very user friendly never ever had an issue five stars

I had a problem with a transfer

I had a problem on my ISA that was totally my mistake, Shanaz helped me so much, was 2 days chasing the case and sending me reports, even though the outcome was no what I wanted, was one of the possibilities. She was dedicated and worried about me and that is what I appreciate.

When I opened my easy access ISA some…

When I opened my easy access ISA some time ago the rate was very good. But it's gradually gone down and down with no access to better paying Moneybox accounts. I'm now in the process of starting my closure of the account and moving to a higher rate elsewhere. Be aware that Moneybox doesn't appear to recognised for easy online transfers and a paper request will need to be completed.

Zero customer support

Send an email asking for details of who they save with, so that FSCS protection is maintained.

No reply from them in over a week, nothing.

Poor customer experience = lost a potential customer.
