Really nice to hear a human answer the phone
It was really nice to hear a human answer the phone, ask how she may help, and then connect me to a Monex rep. Travis was able to answer my questions and provided advice on which coins had the best current pricing. Overall, the prices were lower than another vendor I had considered. Travis also set me up with a new account and provided the info needed so I could wire the money today. Thank you Monex staff.

Scamming Customers?
For reason that I can’t explain Monex Deposit Company has been jerking me around for two months. I sent them back silver coins that I bought from them 20 years ago just to sell straight up and I still haven’t been paid. I get mail with all these transaction notices and I call and they say oh we’re going to send a check. I never get a check. I’m not getting my calls returned. It’s time to go to the California Attorney General.
