At first, everything worked well. The eCPM is okay, and the ads they run seem fine. Worldwide traffic can be monetized. I received my first payout, but shortly before the second one, my account was suddenly suspended.

“Fraudulent Activity” — even though I always strictly followed the rules and contacted support whenever I was unsure whether a certain type of traffic was allowed to be monetized.

My experience with Monetag has been extremely frustrating. My account was suspended even though my traffic was coming from organic Google search.

I provided analytics and offered to screen share to prove everything was legitimate, but I was still told that my traffic did not meet their quality criteria. There was no clear explanation of what exactly was wrong.

They also mentioned filtering Tier 1 traffic, which doesn’t make sense for a website getting organic users from Google. This requirement is not clearly explained anywhere before joining.

The biggest issue is that after suspension, I was told advertisers had to be refunded, and I did not receive clarity about my earnings. This feels very unfair for publishers who spend time and effort building traffic.

Overall, the process lacks transparency, and decisions seem one-sided with no real opportunity to resolve issues.

Support is slow, taking several days to respond to customer messages. The cost per minute (CPM) is low; the higher the IPM, the lower the CPM. Improvements are needed for better service.
