just be careful to obey to their instructions, otherwise the shops don't pay Monero, and obviously then Monerio won't be able to forward the cash of the purchase to you.

I had a very bad experience with this company. Their process is not adequate, the cashback amounts are incorrect. They lies because they remove the VAT and don't take the right amounts or they don't recognize the purchases you make on some websites even though you follow all the steps requested. I will never use their services again. It was a horrible experience.
Redeeming the cashback to bank account is very easy.

Everything worked as advertised. It takes a bit long before the Cashback is finally processed and ready for withdrawal, but that's not really an issue. Will definitely use Monerio more often!
