I had a very good experience with Moneco Bank. The service is professional and the app is easy to use. Everything works smoothly and transfers are fast.

A special thanks to M. Dante for his help and support. He was responsive, clear, and very professional.

I recommend Moneco to anyone looking for a reliable banking service.

I had a great experience with moneco support they help me fix my verification process in easy and smooth way and the one she gave me help called Anna I'm glad for her help she was so perfect and kind to me.She solved my problem in a few days.May god bless her and bless the moneco bank company!

Very poor support and fund handling

I had a very bad experience with Moneco. My funds arrived on-chain, but after more than two days, the money was still not credited to my account. Support keeps saying it is a “normal delay” without giving any clear explanation or solution.

On top of that, I made two transactions by mistake (USDT instead of USDC), and support has not been helpful in resolving or recovering them. I can see my Solana address, but I do not have access to the private key, so I cannot manage or recover my own funds on the blockchain.

Lack of transparency, slow responses, and no real help when issues happen. I would not recommend this service if you need reliable access to your crypto or responsive customer support.
