Two orders now, months apart and both had major issues

First delivery, half of my order, huge box, was delivered to my lobby. With no notice, the second half arrived awhile later and again left in the lobby. They refuse to bring it up and I walk with a cane!! Today I got an email there was an issue and my delivery, it wouldn't be coming. Checked all my info and it was fine. After a lengthy hold on the phone, they first confuse this order from the first larger order. I had to cut the order by half since I had to lift it up the 3 flights to my apartment. Wait forever on hold to be told they ran out my cats brand at their warehouse..... and none of their stores in Montreal will "deliver it!!"

Talk about a misnomer for "Customer Service" Now I am stuck in pain with food to last until tomorrow and they offer no resolve whatsoever! 😔

After waiting 10 days for my cat’s…

After waiting 10 days for my cat’s food, I asked for a refund. They didn’t even care that my cat had nothing to eat! I called on day 5, and they told me the warehouse was out of stock and that I had to wait.

Not honest I bought a cat litter box it was clearly marked 49 and change I went to pay and I was charged 71.99 so I told the guy he made a mistake he goes back to the cat boxes and says no it's wrong and flips the price over long story they would not give me the price that it said big rip off watch out for the pricing scam

Online recurring orders defective

The online recurring order service does not work, it keeps sending emails in the middle on the night following the order, asking to verify the order information but that order cannot be accessed. Your order delivery keeps getting pushed, and there is no one answering between Friday and Mondays in spite of a message telling you to call if it is urgent. The process lacks coordination and afficiency and inceeases a delivery time that is already longer than other providers.

I am overall happy with the store…

I am overall happy with the store however some of the products they sell or food are like 40% cheaper in Walmart. I would happily only shop in Mondou of they would offer fair price on all brands and not selected brands.

I ordered twice in their online shop

I ordered twice in their online shop. The first time they said some of product in my order is out of stock, recommend me to contact them by a phone number, but I cannot get through to that number! it is always a busy agent. Then I emailed them, no response. They canceled my order twice, and the second time I asked them from online webform. They said because the first order I did not contact them, so any order send to my address will be canceled immediately! I feel so confused and I still do not understand what happened to my first order. Because everything is in stock from their online shop.

A little more pricey than local pet…

A little more pricey than local pet store, but they have a great range of basic puppy food. Staff in stores are competent and knowledgeable if you need guidance. A little mixup on my delivery address on an online order. Got resolved quickly. I love buying my pet supplies with them. I just wish they make more items available online though...

Mondou on Metropolitain boul are crooks

Mondou on Metropolitain boul. in montreal always make errors at the cash involving cat food. once i went all the way home, got the receipt by email, saw they stole extra dollars, so i went back and argued. they did not offer me the price exactitude rule of 1 free item, since they made error, they only argued. this happened to me 3 times on past 3 months, will never return. I filed official complaint with BB bureau about them. d.c. in montreal march 22, 2023

They couldn’t care less about your pets

They couldn’t care less about their clients. Not even trying.
I’ve had recurrent delivery of high end food for my three pets for a few months with them. Not a single time did they deliver a complete order or offer a replacement of the missing items.
The last order was delayed over a week, never arrived, and on the phone they kept telling me that they either couldn’t help me or the order would arrive in 2 days, and then that the delivery time given in their confirmation email doesn’t count and just recommended to cancel the order and the deliveries. I kept buying a few days worth of food of a different brand but when it was over a week, I gave up. Can’t trust Mondou. I have never seen a chain business do so much to prevent people from buying from them.
