I got nothing. Very dissapointed.
A few weeks ago I ordered Truffles from them, wich i was very exited about. A week passes by and the package is nowhere. I wrote to the support, and the helped me almost immadeatly, and they sent a new one beacuse something went wrong with my parcel. Guess what? The same thing happend. My second package was involved in the same problem, and Ive never heard from it again. When i cintacted the support again, they answered that I need to pay for the sipping fees again to send the product again. When I heard this I requested refund because I didnt get anything for my money, but they cancelled. I am very dissappointed, and I need refund for sure.

Simple and fast without any hassle
Simple and fast without any hassle. I would appreciate the possibility to pay by credit/debit card, but that's just a small detail. I bought the large sterilized substrate with a spore syringe. Unfortunately my box got contaminated, but you live and you learn!

Hard substrate, water can't soak through
We placed an order for a 6 grow kits but we received them different from our previous orders. This time the substrate were super hard and impossible for the water to soak through. We emailed Mondo for clarifications about 3 weeks ago and still did not hear anything till date.

Mold inside of the Growkits
I ordered 2x Golden Teacher Growkits. After receiving them I noticed mold in both of the Kits. I contacted the Support about my issue but havent received any response or reimbursement.
Despite the mold on top of the mycelia I tried to grow the mushrooms which did not work out well as expected due to the mold infestation
