They just never deliver your order. I ordered in 2023 and now it's 2025. They are not even responding now.

Spam store!! It has been 2 years now since i ordered 😅

Never received products just a bunch of empty promised emails that it would be shipped soon. And this is the reason a lot of people don’t support small businesses as there’s a ton of scams like this going around better safe going with a major department store than risking it.

Over 3 years of waiting and emailing... I was promised a refund finally about a year ago and it has still to materialize.... Scam scam scam

Over a year has gone since we placed our order. Over $200 and we never received our package, a refund or a reply since last year. SCAM!

Backed them on Kickstarter 3 years ago. To this day nothing but excuses and lies.
Absolute scam. Avoid, no matter what!!

Scam or just completely inept and disorganized folks. Paid money, got nothing but empty promises for almost 3 years now.

I worked for a Kickstarter company, so I understood the difficulties & gave them the benefit of the doubt- and 150$

Nothing received and still no refund from April.

Got scammed, ordered in January, now its October. They responded and even with pictures, but now we are being ghosted

I’ve placed an order 2 years ago already. Never got it. Always some excuses. Total scam!

Yup.. scam. I ordered like 2 years ago, and initially was following up with them to no avail.. slowly it slipped from my mind and totally forgot about them.. not received any order updates since.. no refunds either.

Things that happened since I ordered:

- my country sent an astronaut to the space station
- The world cup happened
- The war in ukraine happended
- The card I used for the purchase expired
- The war in Gaza happended

Can't add much. everything is pretty much written in the previous reviews. Totally true.

Ordered in April 2023. Have been asking about the package every few months and they said the they would send it and lots of lies. In February 2024 I asked for a refund (since I haven’t received any books) But they don’t acknowledge it and still say there was a problem with my order and will send it again. They take months to respond and don’t really care.
It’s August 2024 and still waiting. I don’t think it’s worth it.

I got scammed too. More than 15 months, only excuses, probably 6 times so far. Now the website is down, congrats to all of us...

Made a purchase 3y ago on Kickstart. My mistake. 150$ scam.

Over a year ago, I placed an order with Mondgo and still haven't received my products! Despite repeated contact, they've given me nothing but lies about the delivery. I finally requested a refund, and now they're completely ignoring me.

Cannot even rate. Waiting over 6mths for an order & refund! Given nothing but the run around!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
