Amazing Customer Service!
I accidentally shipped my order to the wrong shipping address and I noticed right away so I reached out to customer service to try to change the address. They weren't able to change the shipping address, but they were able to cancel my order so that I could re-place the order and ship it to the correct location! I truly appreciate how responsive they were. Good customer service is hard to come by these days!

Monday Swim knows women. They know how to make a woman feel beautiful and confident. The swimwear is made to fit and flatter, creating a magical experience. I've never felt comfortable in a bikini. I've purchased nine bikinis, and each one is a perfect fit, made for me. Love to love Monday!

I love Monday Swimwear! Gorgeous, quality products that make me feel confident and beautiful with every wear. Sizing can run a little on the smaller side but I find that's the case with most swimwear brands. Their customer service is top notch and I've always had nothing but pleasant, prompt interactions. I will definitely continue to buy their products!

Unfortunately if you're a bigger busted lady and living in the UK ordering from here is a huge risk. I checked twice to see if their sizes would fit me as i'm quite specific (Small band, large cup) - and wasn't confident their larger sizes would fit. They came back saying their V size would suffice - twice. To ensure, I ordered a V & VV ... I paid over £300 for 4 bikinis tops. None of them fit, they were also padded... the VV size had barely any difference in size to the V.

So I shipped them back to the tune of £25, after having paid £9 insurance on the way to me. That's an extraordinary amount of money for ill information and no bikini top, from customer services (who said they checked with their design team, I gave them my UK size twice).

I sent them all back, and now I'm going away with no bikini top. I know it's not a huge deal with what's going on in the world but I've paid over £35 for nothing, and when i asked for support to send them back, in light of being told incorrect information, it wasn't a thing they were going to do.

Bravissimo (Pour Moi et al) isn't the most fashionable for young big boobies but it maybe still our only option . The designs are lovely and wishful but to be able to try them on shouldn't come at a cost.

Really bad customer service especially for such expensive products. Very rude and not helpful the slightest. Also, buyer beware of the expensive and difficult return process and no sales in store. All their models use wrong sizes so it's very hard to gauge the size and it's ridiculous to pay $200 for a bikini and not be able to exchange easily.
Never again.

I ordered three bikinis from Monday in the November Black Friday sale. I have a large bust and I can find it difficult to find bikinis that fit, look flattering and are comfortable. I can confirm the bikinis were all three categories. Unfortunately one of the bikini tops the elastic came out and the customer care team sent me a new one so quickly! Really happy with customer service and quality! Thank you

Beware- HUGE fees for returns for UK based customers. I placed a £1500 order for swimwear ahead of a trip to South of France for work. I wish I had read the reviews before buying. Sizing is hugely off … I have a big natural bust but am only a Uk size 6. I ordered all bottoms in Petite which were ok, a tad tight but ok, however the tops in a M were all far too small. I was bulging out of everyone, very unflattering if you are over a C or D cup.

I sent half of my order back, £656 worth. I had to pay £56 to ship from the Uk to the US. Then I got hit with £58 duties and taxes to pay for then to release the items from customs.
While some of their stuff is nice, there is nicer swimwear available which is cheaper, with free returns, better quality and better customer service. I simply got an email saying it is all the customers responsibility to pay all return fees. They should not be allowed to ship internationally, it is very unfair ! Hugely disappointed!!

Not only is Monday’s product quality unreal, their customer service goes with it. I’ve been super impressed with how responsive and helpful they have been. I’m a new customer and have been really impressed with every stage of the shopping process. I did a large order expecting to send most back but the quality was so great I kept so much of it! Already made it to their “obsessed” rewards level!

I have purchased a couple items from this company, and I usually get the Palma top and bottoms because I like the stringy/ cheeky bikini look. I have loved every bathing suit I’ve bought and haven’t had to return any items. The bathing suits are a little pricey, but so far the material has been good and I usually purchase bathing suits from Montce and can attest that Monday Swimwear is much better and better priced. The sizing is pretty accurate I’m usually a small for the top and medium for the bottoms. I personally haven’t had to deal with customer service in regards to any returns or any issues but so far they’ve been good and when I purchased, the items are usually shipped within 3 to 4 days.

Monday swimwear is made for women! It fits perfectly and stays on in all of the right places! I have more than 10 pairs of their swimmers and find myself coming back every season to add to the collection!! Checking out is always easy and seamless and i've never had an issues with a return! Probably will never buy swimwear from anywhere else!

Disappointed with the ill fitting one piece I purchased recently, the fabric is nice but definitely does not fit how it should, extremely small in the bust, no option to send it back either, it would cost well over $100 with DHL so now I’m stuck with a $230 swimsuit!!

Super bad quality! Monday Swimwear: for when you want to spend £200 on a bikini made in the same Chinese factories as your £40 high-street one… but with extra hashtags and a Mykonos sunset.

Sent wrong item, does not give full refund when having to send it back. Shitty company

I’ve been a loyal Monday Swimwear customer for years, not only because their pieces are gorgeous, flattering, and last season after season, but also because their customer support is truly exceptional. Every time I’ve reached out, they’ve been kind, responsive, and so helpful. It makes the whole experience of shopping with them even better. I can’t recommend them enough for both the quality of their clothing and the quality of their service!

Love Monday! I’ve had issues with shipping, orders being canceled, refunds etc and the customer service team has been so pleasant and helpful every time without fail. Not to mention the bikinis - best quality and most flattering fits! Love love love

Great swimwear but hard find pieces that look good on a bigger chest.

I bought a bathsuit for the first time form Monday Swimwear. I wore it on vacation one time and washed/rinsed it in accordance to the directions. Ever since that one time the suit has odd stains up the front and back. When I reached out to customer service they asked how I washed it and if I used sunscreen. After a few back and forths they said too bad but looks like you got something on the suit and we can not help. SUNSCREEN was on the suit and it is a bathing suit so that happens! I found them ride and unhelpful.
