We worked with Allen from Monarch and I can only say he was beyond exceptional. We have worked with other jet companies and they cannot compare to the attention to detail and one on one care that Allen gave us. He anticipated every need and left no request unmet. He has earned our exclusive business going forward.

Couldn't be less happy

Couldn't be less happy with the level of service and ability to execute on part of Monarch.

Could not have been more specific as to the dates I needed a charter, only for Monarch to setup the charter for another date that didn't work on one leg, and then they couldn't even deliver the plane that was promised on the return leg.

We do want to convey the facts of this instance to clear up any
miscommunications and hopefully earn your trust for future travels.

After a throughout review and investigation of the situation, we found the following:

You requested to push the initially agreed-to travel date back on August 22nd.

Because of this change, the operator of the aircraft initially secured was unable to accommodate the date change due to pre-existing scheduling.

Your dedicated account manager provided you with several alternative options for your review on August 25th, understanding any applicable cancellation terms previously agreed upon on August 24th.

Since you decided not to finalize any of the options provided, you agreed to accept the cancellation for the portion of your trip on August 26th, resulting in a penalty. Additionally, you were refunded an agreed-upon amount on September 2nd and offered to provide a flight credit for a future booking since the operator had to adjust planes due to crew availability and associated federal law.

Your account manager informed you of this adjustment on August 31st, and you agreed to accept the change.

We hope this explanation helps clear up any confusion and reaffirms our dedication to handling each client interaction with fairness, professionalism, and care.

Your representative was wonderful

Your representative was wonderful. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to fill all of our requests. The food and drink we ordered was perfect and in large quantity. The pilots were as nice as they can be.

My family and I were stuck because the…

My family and I were stuck because the airline we had booked flights on went out of business so we had no way home. All other airlines and flights were full. Monarch Air came through for us and got us home. Thank goodness they were around and available.

Incredibly fast service

Allen, with Monarch, and I spoke at 6:00 am about a last minute need for a plane from Vail to Georgia. At 8:30 am I was airborne on a very competently piloted Lear 60. Amazing he could move that fast.

Stranded in the Caribbean

My family and I had to leave St. Thomas urgently due to a hurricane coming within a few days and commercial flights were already beginning to become a mess with cancellations. We decided to give it a shot to fly private for our first time and Vitaliy with Monarch Air Group made the process extremely simple. He treated me like an existing client and I felt taken care of the entire process . The flight and the crew were top notch and I highly recommend this company for anyone in need of a flight for any reason. Thanks again Vitaliy !!! You’re the man !!!

Just a fantastic company. We contacted them in a highly stressed situation and they delivered and put in the extra effort to solve our problem and get us where we needed to go. I would give 10 stars if I could.

The logistics for the travel…

The logistics for the travel synchronized perfectly. The part set up by Monarch meshed with the local transportation the we contracted. The communication between all parties was good. The flight require a jet that could fly from about 2500 miles without refueling. We able to select a jet from several that met our criteria.

DO NOT book jet travel with Mercury/Monarch Group!

Booked with Mercury/Monarch twice. The first experience was amazing. The 2nd time was worst case scenario. We had the misfortune of working with Frank. He is completely incompetent and just clearly does not care about the experience for the clients nor retaining clients. We booked a G5 for a cross-country flight with a Mercedes sprinter van at both ends. There was no real communication between Frank and the transportation company so getting picked up was a confusing mess but at least we did get picked up by a sprinter van (although it was old and had torn up/very worn upholstery). Far from the sprinter vans we had the 1st time. Then we arrived at the airport and just sat and sat waiting for the pilot to come and get us. There was unexplained delays which left us feeling a bit nervous about the plane's functionality & no one felt the need to tell us what was going on. Then we boarded the plane & we could not believe how old & dirty this plane was. The plane smelled of gasoline the whole flight (4 hrs). There was also a loud noise the entire trip which was concerning. The food we ordered was served on plastic and felt like a picnic rather than 1st class dining ( a far cry from the presentation and service we had the 1st time). The flight attendant was sitting in the cockpit most the flight so service was terrible. I don't think the flight attendant ever really spoke to us, which was weird and disappointing. Then when we landed we were greeted with a shirtless driver & very old yellow taxi which had no working A/C & the temps were in the high 80's. We had dogs with us so they were miserable for the 1 hr drive as were we. It felt like we were being punked the entire day. When I reached out to Frank (he never bothered to check on how everything was which is a pretty basic thing to do as jet rep), he said he would look into and get back to us with a resolution. He NEVER DID. We never heard from Frank. At the very least, we should have received an apology and a refund for the sprinter van that we never had on the final leg of the trip but nothing!! When I emailed Frank following up a week or two later, he said they could possibly give us a credit on our next trip. I said why would we book with you again if you aren't willing to make the current situation right? He never responded to that email. This trip cost a fortune and to not even get an acknowledgment of all of the let downs we had all day was unbelievable. We are booking more travel soon but would never consider working with this joke of a jet charter company. Frank is the worst!!

Brenna was absolutely incredible. She was attentive, prompt, concise, and got us home to the states within 48 hours of our initial phone call. We could not have asked for a more helpful and understanding experience. She saved the day!!
