Arthur found for us the newest jet at a reasonable price. And, he catered the best of food both for the departure and return. He even included my favorite whiskey! When there was a delay for the flight (because of repositioning at Aspen), Arthur addressed the problem and ensured a quick turnaround including arranging for a fuel truck to be available when our aircraft landed to expedite our departure. Arthur and Monarch are first-rate. A++++
