Terrible Service — Charged After Cancellation, Ignored on App
We cancelled our subscription back in December and returned the box within 10 days, exactly as instructed. Despite this, we are still being charged, and now our account is blocked. Staff in-store were unhelpful and online advisors didn’t properly cancel our subscription as requested.
They even forced us to download their app to get “support” — but after opening a chat, they simply stopped responding. Completely unacceptable.
We will not pay for your employees' mistakes. If this isn’t resolved immediately, we’ll take legal action. Avoid this company at all costs.
