Great buying experience! Kristin was very helpful and friendly. After being let down 3 times by other companies....Moms Bunk House really came through. Received the bunk beds a week later as promised. My boys couldn't be happier with their new beds.

MOM's Bunk House matched the price we found on another website and shipped our loft beds quickly. The packaging was excellent, and the beds arrived in perfect shape. We're extremely happy with them.

The driver could not find the property. Shipping and billing addresses were mixed up. Good quality product. Boxes were somewhat crushed upon delivery. Bed looks very good assembled though.

Loved the bunk beds, everything came as ordered. Not one part was missing. Instructions helpful. They look beautiful and all our guests simply think they are great. Get five inch memory foam mattresses from Sears. They fit perfectly and come by mail in a small box. I got twin bed coverlets so they tuck in perfectly under the mattress.

Bought a full over full white bunk for our daughters with a trundle underneath. Absolutely love them! Beautifully made, sturdy, easy to assemble, and our daughters love them. The trundle is perfect for our third daughter to join her sisters or for sleepovers and the ladder is well made and easy to climb. Great quality for the money!

We are very happy with the bunk bed purchase. Customer service follow through was excellent. Product well made from real hard wood.

This is great company but l was in pleased with the delivery system. Even though I scheduled the delivery, they was unable to delivery inside the house (told they was unable to because they didn't want to be responsible for wall damage). What if it was raining that day, my boxes would have been soaked.

The boxes arrived with some damage during shipping and the finish on a few of the pieces was pretty poor, I thought it would be a huge headache to deal with... But "Mom's Guarantee" is no joke, Kristen was interested in making things right and immediately replaced every piece I had an issue with. The bed went together much easier than expected, looks very good and is solidly put together.

I ordered a set of bunk beds from their website, however, I needed the bunks to have the trundle bed option. I emailed their customer service, and within minutes I received a response that the trundle option was added to their site options. I placed my order and received the product within a week. Very easy to build, and they are wonderful!

We ordered a full over full bed for our toddlers who needed to share a room when we moved. The bunk arrived within 3-4 business days and while it was a lot of pieces - nothing is pre-fab, not even the ladder - and took about four hours to put together,it is well worth the effort! The bunk is attractive and sturdy. I have no concerns about my kids or me being on the top bunk. I will say the space between the top and bottom bunk is tight, so be careful when sitting up in the lower bunk (no issue for my 4 and 5 year olds). I would highly recommend MOM's Bunk House for quality products at a great price!!

First I would like to say, "MOM's Bunk House knows how to do business". MOM's honored the price match I provided with no questions asked. The company worked with me to hold my delivery until I was home from holiday. The delivery was flawless. The driver even loaded the bed boxes inside my garage as it was raining on the date of delivery. It only took one afternoon for my husband to build. All parts were accounted for and the end result was amazing. High quality and very good value for the price. I recommend MOM's and this bed to anyone looking for a bunk bed. My daughter loves her bed!

For the price of this bed it was an amazing and the style make and everything about it was in perfect condition. It was delivered very quickly and my two girls absolutely love it!!!! Would recommend it to anyone looking for a great bunk bed!!!!

I called and visited with Kristin (Mom) after a great conversation I ordered the Merlot full size captains bed with drawers and trundle for my 9 year old grandson. The bed arrived in 3 days! The appearance and quality of the bed is excellent! Assembly was not difficult my husband and daughter were able to get it put together in just little over an hour. The only drawback is I also ordered the mattress, they were shipped separately and did not arrive until 5 days later. Thank you Mom (Kiristin) for the time you spent and the reassurance.
