Don’t book through momondo, it’s a scam.

Fake price.
Non of the price is correct on this site.

I was searching for tickets on Momondo and ended up on a fake website called travelis.dk. It's a scam that just takes your money. Momondo doesn't check if the websites it sends you to are safe, so anyone can make a fake site and steal from you. Travelis was the case, just a fraud and scam website. I think i should thank that they didn't stole my credit card number I guess. So no tickets no money.

The price you see is never what you get, make all the bookings and in the end suddenly the price changed and you can it all again, with same result, A clear scam operation, dont use this site, once (several years ago) it worked well, now its just scam

Momondo flight booking has seriously deteriorated. The prices are not at all trustworthy. The choices chosen, especially checked in luggage, do not follow to next level so you end up with wrong selections and a serious risk of booking the wrong flight at he wrong price. What used to take 5 min and be reliable now takes hours and is unreliable.

Their website is not secure.
I have been using skyscnner and they also have agreements with some agencies which is not super great but they actually book your ticket and dont cheat you with money.
But on momondo I was trying to book a trip and it directed me to dk.mytrip.com and this website changed the price after I payed. So I payed and then they send me a mail saying the price changed and I have to pay 200 more and if I dont pay my tickets will be cancelled. I cancelled from paypal and bought the same tickets cheaper on skyscanner and the provider was lufthansa. Such a waste of time

They are scamers trying to boost ratings for hotels "employing" people to right reviews for the hotels they Have deals with. Iff u need more proof I can upload a full conversion with one of the agents trying to convince me to right reviews for them... for a commission

, sent a message on my watzapp, offering a job opportunity, hotel review, she told me that I needed to put in 50 pounds to release the reviews and that I would receive commission for the work, but somehow the system required a deposit more money through cryptocurrencies, to release their commissions, it got to the point that they asked me to deposit 579 pounds, then I refused, and asked them to return my money and they don't want to return it. the company is called Momondo hotel, and I'm here not knowing how to act.

momondo sometimes uses Trip monster to book your flights. Trip monster has a very fitting name, it is a monster of a company,PLEASE do not book with them. MyTrips does not work and you cannot change your flight, talk to costumer service, or even leave a review. If momondo did not do bussiness with tripmonster they would have a much higher review.

I booked a flight to Paris through Momondo. Unfortunately, I went through My Trip and I had to pay for my luggage once again at the airport, a few hours before my flight (eventhough I already payed for it once). That was on the 12th of JUNE!

I'm still struggling to get refunded for paying the luggage twice. I had at least 15 calls with them and lost a lot of precious time. I'm so disappointed in Momondo for not taking the responsibility for how their partners are conducting business(the feedback form is a joke, they instruct you to contact the agency or airline company).

I will never use Momondo again and will definitely share my bad experience to whoever has ears to hear it. I don't even want to mention Mytrip.

The prices offered always increses when is time to pay

Never booked your tickets here, seem they’re not verified website a lot of scammers using momondo now and with them fake copy website’s. I lost 100 euro on flight ticket from Barcelona to Amsterdam. When I email Supersaver.nl I got weird msg from them. And I knew it I got scammed.

When I’m emailing to momondo seems they don’t care.

Don’t book your ticket here they even don’t care if u get scammed.

Be warned that they use MyTrip often for their bookings, which is a nightmare company to deal with. I wasted hours of my life getting the runaround from MyTrip trying to manage changes to flight reservations. Just see the abysmal ratings for MyTrip here on TrustPilot.

Don’t EVER book flights to Asia with Momondo!!! Fake prices & use of poor travel agency. They cancel your flight & makes you experience horrible! Not trust worthy at all. Bad & poor customer service.

Why Momondo? Why? Promoting all of these flight tickets from 3 party companies instead of the airlines themself. I literally think looking at momondo for flight tickets is not worthy anymore.... 1 star

Earlier a great site for finding good tickets but now they are using a host of other sites for booking tickets instead of the airlines.

If there is no problems it works but if there are cancelations this is a nightmare.

Right now I have a case of a canceled flight from Turkish airline and there is very high chances that I will never get the money back.

The site can be used to find the cheapest airlines but never use the links to buy the tickets.

Catastrophic, the price forecast works opposite, so when the price is low the recommendation is “wait” and when it reaches all time the reco is to buy. there’s something fundamentally wrong with the algorithms and/or Momondo has a good deal with the airlines/other travel sites. Either way don’t use Momondo.

Expensive and fake prices! There are many cheap flights that are never mentioned on Momondo. Momondo only shows some specific cheater flight agencies and compares their high prices, just because you accept their fake offers.
Never ever trust them.

I can't belive it is legal for a company to show you fake prices all the time?!
First time you search for a destination it will give you a price, that is funny enough lower than the price when you click a link.
Search again and it will give you a new and worse price.
Check of you want hand luggage and it shows you prices without hand luggage anyway...
You feel bad when you have bought a ticket here and then find out you can suddenly get the same ticket much cheaper by simply erasing cookies and cache in your browser.

This is a warning, do not use momondo when trying to find cheaper flights! Just buy from the airlines. There seems to be no quality control at Momondo regarding the travel agencies and providers that they partner with and its essentially just a platform for scammers. I do not expect an answer from momondo regarding my review, other than just a reminder that they are JUST a search engine and are not responsible for the providers that they refer people to.
So just to make it clear, momondo does not care if you get scammed, momondo gets money through referral fees that are paid by the partners, so when the partners get your money -> momondo gets money -> but you might get scammed, but that is not their problem.
