I finally spoke with someone who understood my frustration and confirmed that this account was closed. I called the day after setting this account up to cancel as we no longer needed to replace our windows because the house sold as is. After four long weeks of calling to make sure this loan was canceled and repayment made, I was finally given that information today. The associate that I worked was was very professional, kind and understood my frustration. She promised that she would send confirmation of the loan being canceled and within seconds of hanging up I received that confirmation.
