I had a question about an email I received that was confusing. Bilma helped me understand the email and my question was answered. Great customer service.

The lady that helped us understand the pay portal setup and she was very patient while we worked our way through setup. As senior citizens, we needed a lot of help and she was very patient and supportive. Wish there more like her!

I was not placed on hold very long. (probably less than 15-20 seconds) and then was contacted by Jennifer who greeted me and then asked me a couple of security questions and answered my questions and changed a few of my account options very quickly in a secure mode. She was always pleasant, concise and efficient. She made sure I understood and made me glad that I called.

Got a loan permit was not approved licensed contractor said funds were never sent.momnt tells me I have to deal with contractor I requested when the funds were sent about 3 weeks ago. Nothing yet I was approved in October 2024 and still paying on something I do not have.i have called and explained the situation and no clear answer.
