One of the best decisions in our baby support as parents was including the Momcozy product. We had used about all Momcozy baby product line from baby cameras to Brest milk containers… the customer service is amazing and they really make you feel they are there to help you all the way through. Would recommend Momcozy to all parents they are a tremendous asset when u need them

I bought a momcozy M5 double pump in November 2025. As of writing this review one of the pumps is broken. From everything I've read I should have a 1 year warranty. I've made multiple attempts to contact momcozy because I desperately need a replacement. I openly explained to them my baby is getting surgery imminently and while she is nil by mouth I need to pump. As their pump has let me down I've asked to confirm my pump is within warranty and get a replacement urgently. They've ignored me.

What kind of ethos is this for a brand that should be supporting mothers? They've left me stranded. Terrible customer service in my time of need.

Amazing. I had a small problem with my device, which was probably because of me using it wrongly. They just sent me new devices that were perfectly working so my wife will not have a problem with her lactation. This is perfect customer service, they really care.

Since receiving my cordless pumps I’ve loved how easy they were to use and carry everywhere. There was an issue after a couple of weeks I had with one of the pumps where it stopped working out of nowhere. I contacted customer support and they helped me out with such great care to quickly get me a new one. It has been such a pleasant experience using their products and knowing they ACTUALLY care about their customers. I would without a doubt recommend their products to any mom looking to buy baby and maternal care!

I would give a 4 star for the momcozy wearable pump and a 5 star for the support service. Less than a month in the flange was broken and a little over two month the motor started to malfunction. With that being said , the support team was very helpful and fast at getting me the replacement for flange and motor. I used this pump as my primary pump and I’m able to have enough supply for my baby with a little extra.

They were very quick to respond when I had troubles with my pumps! Very friendly and kind over emails and have made my pumping journey much smoother.

My problem was resolved, really professionnelle and good services. I'm so satisfied. I recommended MomCozy

The customer service rep was quick to response to my issue. She clearly read through the info I already included and only asked for additional/clarifying info so I didn't have to repeat anything. She was friendly, helpful and resolved my issue. I would definitely recommend MomCozy to others based on the product AND their customer service.

We bought a baby carrier which we were very happy with. However, we accidentally crushed one of the clips in the car door. When we requested a new clip from Momcozy, they sent as a new carrier and apologized for the inconvenience. Momcozy's response was beyond what was necessary, and it demonstrated their commitment to an excellent customer experience.

I’m a first time mother who is a Momcozy power user! Between my KleanPro washer, S12 Pro & M6 breast pump - their products really made my motherhood journey just a little bit easier :)

I also had a fabulous interaction with the customer service team, they were able to sort out am issue that came up with my KleanPro machine after 6 months of use so seamlessly and fast - all over emails! It really took a huge load of my shoulders.

I was having issues with my bottle washer. I sent them an inquiry and they were so quick to respond. They offered a great reaolution and I have no issues. The bottle washer is so good! Definitely a must have for buay parents. We wash everything for our toddler and infant in it. We love it and it is worth every penny!

Momcozy you are amazinggg! Made my experience so good therefore I will always be a momcozy buyer. Helping me find ways to get my motor fixed but even when that didn’t work you guys replaced me pumps with a whole new set. You and the team of momcozy has my love! Thank you again momcozy 💕
