I wish I didn't have to rate them, first off everything I order was cheaply made, I paid extra to get it rushed only to get it almost two months later, one item was out of stock and they didn't even refund me my money for the item. I file a dispute about a month ago because I haven't received my order and the dispute finally closed because the order was received and now the company is saying I can only receive half the refund because I opened a complaint/dispute. So you take my money for an item that is not in stock and because of a dispute you wanting keel half of it..who does business like that...THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE CLOSED DOWN, PLEASE DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY ITS CHEAP FOR A REASON

Zero is my review of this scamming company that needs to be shut down. The clothing looked nothing like the pics (very cheap looking) and I contacted them to return. They told me I had to pay the shipping back which I paid but I have yet to get the refund of the clothing. I have reached out 15 times and they won’t respond.
DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY and spread the word to others!!

I ordered products from this website about a month ago. When I try to email them it bounces back to me. Anyone have any ideas on how to contact there poor customer service.

If I could give them a 0 I would. Fabrication Quality and sizing off. Many odd requests to try and return my items. I spent $35 on a $120 order to send items back to China and I followed every step required. It’s been over two weeks and still no refund. This after I sent delivery confirmation. I think it is a scam. THEY NEVER INTEND TO GIVE YOU A REFUND

It took a month from ordering to delivery for the product. Once the order finally arrived, I was most disappointed in the quality of the fabrics and the fit. Customer service was absolutely horrible and in the end just refused to contact me regarding returning the products. Never, never, never order from this company!

I ordered clothes, they shipped out of NY and to get any kind of return I have to pay out of pocket and ship to China! No guarantee I’ll get it back. If you want USA clothes don’t order from here. If you want great customer service don’t order from here. If you want good material, not the cheap “China” stuff, don’t order from here. Hope this helps someone. Back to my other companies that care about customer satisfaction.

Zero stars. Items smelled weird, did not fit, looked different than pictures, and returns are difficult. I was asked to send pictures of myself wearing the items that didn't fit... um, that's creepy. I told them I wasn't sending pictures and was still allowed to return items if I paid for shipping to China, which likely costs more than I paid for the items. The reviews of the clothing on their website are at a minimum filtered, if not completely fake. DON'T BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

i don’t even want to give this company a 1 star! Horrible interaction and You have to pay for the return back to China!! They wanted me to take a picture proving the dress was too big!!!! I don’t trust returning my purchase to China and then they will refund me! Very fishy

This company is a total scam. My order did not come in time for the event I had ordered for, so I didn't even take the clothes out of packaging. I followed all instructions for the return including spending $76 on international shipping WITH tracking. My order was tracked and delivered to their address on October 1st. For over two weeks I have gotten responses that my order is not received and to be patient. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I will be requesting a cancel payment through PayPal and hoping to get my refund.

Do not order. Actual products come from China. Sizing is way off. They say they’ll accommodate returns/exchanges, however you have to jump thru many hurdles. One being sending them exact pictures of you in an item, then paying $55 to send an item back to cover the shipping. Save your money. Terrible customer service.

Worst company!! Wish I'd seen this site before I ordered. Like others have said, the clothing is terrible quality, fit is not as pictured, and returns have to go to China!! Any communication with CS is baloney. No indication on their site anywhere that returns have to be paid for shipping to China. When I tried to leave my review on their site, it was deleted. Dishonest company. Huge scam. Total waste of time and money.

Ordered from them twice in the past month. Neither order took over 10 days to reach me. Items were exactly as described. One item was a little more revealing than I prefer and when I asked to return, they automatically offered to credit my card a partial refund and discount code for next purchase if I just simply kept the item, which I did. Refund showed up on my card next morning. No complaints here at all.

Listen, I'm just a teacher from KY. Thought I scored big when I happened upon Molydress. Their pictures of their clothes LOOK SUPER CUTE. BUT DO NOT BUY. The quality is terrible. There are no tags. They look like they were made in a sweat shop within minutes. Some of the tops I got will be serviceable, but they stink something horrible and just... No. 88$ lesson I learned today. Also, you can't return for free. You pay. So I'm not even going to bother shipping back to China. Hope you see these reviews before you visit the site. I visited the site first then searched these reviews after not receiving any kind of emails from Molydress. I couldn't even make an account! They told me they sent an email to verify but I never received one even after doing the process about 15 times. Also, I'm not sure if their site isn't entirely safe. I'm starting to think they get information from you that you don't really want them to have so I'm watching my email account and bank account closely. Not sure on that part but I'm creeped out now by this website.
Btw did I mention I got a military jacket that looks like it's felt pieced together?

I wish I could give them no stars. Do not waste your money as this scam of a company. You have to return your items to China. I was able to get a cheap price to returns, its still in transit two months later. I was curious to see if they would stand by and do their return and they haven't. NEVER BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered 4 dresses from this site. They arrived and the quality was bad. They didn’t fit right either. When I asked about a return, they said I needed to ship to China! The cost to ship was $60 and I spent $75. They said they would refund me $8! Their website says nothing about a return to China! I will never buy from there again.

This company may have cute and reasonably priced clothes, but their return policy is the worst I have encountered. The item I received simply did not look good on me, so I contacted Moly Dress to get the return information. They wanted pictures of me in that outfit. Then they asked for my measurements before they finally agreed to a return. BUT, the item can not be returned to the CA address it had shipped from. Instead they want me to ship it to China, at my expense of course. Had I known that, I would have NEVER placed my order.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. The clothes are very cheaply made and the sizing is way off. I'm certain they are stealing their photos from other sites. I asked for a refund and they asked me to send pictures proving the clothes didn't fit. Nuts! When I refused they said they would refund me $12 (my order total as $130) and give me a 15% coupon for future purchases if I kept the clothes. They said they would provide a full refund if I shipped the items to China even though they were shipped out of New York. I'm out $130 and will be donating these clothes. Don't waste your time. This site is a scam.

Received dressed that were very large, not at all in line with the sizing. Tried to return them, and only received a very unprofessional email back with many typos, asking me to send photos of myself in the dress. I thought this was very inappropriate. Seemed like a total scam email. However, there is no number to call to reach customer service, just this email that sent me inappropriate responses. I am shocked a company would operate like this.

Yes, the customer service could be better. However, being an avid online shopper I am always cautious of my size (usually medium but large when ordering online) and I loved the items shipped to me. After reading some reviews I was SO very nervous about my shipment taking extra long etc. But the items I received were of good quality and not see through! I don't know enough about this company to recommend them. All I know is I had an excellent experience with them!

Terrible quality of fabrics and design. Nothing like in the pictures. When contacted them to return the items they tell you that you have to return them to China with a tracking number (63$ in my case). I spent 90$ worth of clothing and won’t risk it. STAY AWAY. SCAM!
