Disappointed …
Sadly weren’t able to fulfill my whole order but did reach out and offered options. The refund for the item not included was prompt however delivery was really slow. Was offered next day delivery however didn’t receive it. Courier didn’t recognise tracking number for 2/3 days then advised they’d got it but didn’t change status for over a day. Unlikely to get it by Xmas now. Unlikely to order again

Excellent customer service
I purchased an item which unfortunately arrived damaged. The company were very helpful and sent out a replacement very quickly. Sadly it too arrived damaged so a refund was give. It was such a shame but 10 out of 10 for customer service!!

I brought some home fragrances for my mum as a little treat for her birthday and I must say the products were fantastic, my mum loved them, packaging was great, delivery was quick, I ordered the peony candle and diffuser and the smell is very nice. Similarity to a high end brand. Would be ordering again.
