Both dresses are made of cheap fabric and didn't match the photos I clicked on. One dress was bobbled polyester, who wears that? Both were supposedly reduced from over £100 to £40. They are cheap and not worth £10. No Molly and Moon label inside either dress. The Medium size was too large

AVOID this company. Ordered an outfit worth £120 but with 66% OFF £39.95, No Way is it worth £120. Molly&Moon London, on their website, a trusted UK based boutique. Totally False Advertising, the goods come from CHINA, takes weeks to receive your order, you get an email stating due to a staff member leaving, your order delivery is delayed. Now in process of trying to return my order as its too small, and get a refund, as you would get with any UK based company. They state Free Shipping across UK. 30 day MONEY Back Guarantee, Totally False Information, I have now given up on emailing them, back and forth, and I'm not going to get a refund. Lesson's Learnt, Check out who you are ordering from, from their reviews, if it sounds to good to be a true price, it probably isn't worth the bargain price. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Absolutely fuming to have been conned by this company, ordered a dress which I wouldn’t even put on my dogs bed. After sending two e mails whilst waiting for it to arrive, they had the cheek to ask me to be patient as they were experiencing staffing issues! Turns out that I then researched them to find out they are a big con. No information or even a link to return goods so basically been robbed by them. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

A huge scam is all I can say! I saw a lovely dress advertised by this company and thought how lovely it would look on holiday. It all seemed very legitimate. I paid using Shop app and received confirmation order emails with tracking. Item arrived on the 19th March. All I say is the dress is a joke. Total fake item from the description. Very cheap synthetic material with no labels or tags. I requested refund via email and like others was sent the long form to complete with pictures. I did this and today received a reply today to say I can a) return item at my own cost - apparently made clear at checkout that this is from £35-65 - only when the item is received their end will they start the returns process which can be up to 45 days!! b) I can accept a good will 10% refund - so £3.50!

No stars to be honest!! They are scammers!! False advertising using Ai, material is cheap, packaging again is cheap, this item was sent with no tags or order acknowledgment. DO NOT waste your money!!! Awful customer service, absolutely disgusting company!!

do not buy off this site as its a con I order a dress when it came wasn't anything like the picture they used on the site ive ask for a refund and they are questions me about it I just took it out the bag and put it straight back in absolute disgusting

Item shipped directly from China. Website states you can return but when you ask it’s £35-£65 cost to return.
Item is by far the most awful dress I have ever seen. It’s peach not cream and completely see through.

Absolutely gutted!! Was really looking forward to receiving these dresses from the website. Waited 2 weeks for delivery and they are AWFUL! Quality and sizing are completely different to what it says. I've asked for a refund, but according to these reviews I'm not hopeful!! So frustrating!!!!

Absolute joke. Ordered a dress that on the pictures and video looked great quality and material. What I have just received looks like a monstrosity thats been run up out of material used for kids dress up! Appalled. Absolutely appalled. Do not order from these obvious scammers. Over £30 the dress cost, I am betting I wont see that again!

Ordered a dress never ever have I seen material like this .. I wouldn’t wear it for bed and that’s no joke !!! Stay clear I wish I had googled before purchasing

Oh my days, where do I start! I ordered a grey and white trouser suit in a 2XL for a wedding, as per their video advert. It took over 2 weeks to arrive and was sent in an envelope sized plastic bag. It looked like a UK size 10 to 12 and was poorly made and presented ... I couldn't even get my arm inside the sleeve as it was so small !!! I tried to email them for a refund but it doesn't go through!!! Now I am stuck out of pocket with a suit that is way too small !!! What a thriving bunch !!! DO NOT order from them !!!

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered this dress. When I received the dress it was in a plastic bag the size of a small envelope. It was nothing like it was on the website, shoddily made and awful material. When looking on how to return it showed it was no longer operating, so now I don’t know how to return it. My advice to you is do not order from this site …..I am furious 😡

They should have 0 stars - this is NOT a company, but all goods come directly from CHINA and they're using the name Molly&Moon London as a 'storefront'! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - IT"S A SCAM. I ordered what looked like a linen dress in many colours - they have stolen the photo from some other website I think. What actually arrived was a polyester 'dress', a piece of fabric digitally printed to look like the real thing. So ugly and totally unwearable, unless you don't mind looking like you've dressed up as a clown! It's almost laughable, but unfortunately I've paid and it looks impossible to return it. No return-label. Not even a fabric composition lable etc in the dress! Highly unusual. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Dreadful. Top came in very small size and horrible synthetic fabric. Tried to return but, like others, had to fill in huge number of questions, send photos of labels which didn’t exist etc. I thought it was a London-company but it isn’t - cheap Chinese stuff.

Thankfully it had only cost £29 so gave up and took it to charity shop.

Ordered a pair of boots which were £40, took ages to be delivered and when they arrived the quality was awful. Asked to send them back, advised that I would need to return them to China! Offered to send them back to their ‘London Boutique’, which I believe doesn’t exist as customer services skirted around the question. Offered me half my money back so ended up going through my bank to claim my refund. AVOID

This is a scam. The shop does not exist in London. They use fake photos. The company is based in China and the items are of poor quality. Avoid at all costs

Warning! Do not order from this company it is all AI generated and none of the products are anything like the photos. There is no one to contact, there are no refunds, there is no one accountable and, if they do send you anything, it is rubbish.
