UPS shipping to Australia is poor. This is the second order where the delivery was delayed or my parcel seemed to go missing after clearing customs.

Even though we work very hard to deal with issues that can occur from time to time and resolve them quickly, we do sometimes have no choice but to push back when the damage was obviously caused by the customer and its clear that there is an attempt to blame us. Its aways sad to see this type of behaviour, but it's unfortunately part of doing business online.
Great quality and service!
Went above and beyond to solve a product defect. Defect was corrected in a later batch and makes the product flawless. Loved their straps and cases already before, but this really shows that the founder(s) continue to focus on quality.

First of all the straps are the perfect quality. They might not be the cheapest straps on the market but most certainly top notch quality. Single best strap I have bought in all those years.
The post office screwed up my return shipment but the team of Molequin made sure everything turned out good in the end which is also a nice little touch!

Best Quality with good experiens
I had ordered two leather straps for my Cartier tank. 1x suede and 1x Saffiano leather.
The leather straps I got are very high quality and are very comfortable to wear. One band had unequally wide webs and therefore did not fit in the watch.
After a lack of communication with the processing and the incurred return costs, I had already written off the company for myself.
Then Michael from Molequin got in touch and took care of my problem.
The communication was very fast and he also quickly found a solution, so that I could order the tape again with the right dimensions and am already looking forward to this one. Even the resulting return costs have been lowered for me with the new order.

I can definitely recommend the bands and will order them again in the future.

Your order was shipped on Tuesday August 6th and delivered on Wednesday 7th August by UPS. It was a signed for delivery. So you should have the strap by now. We did ship a little later than we normally do (not same day) so our apologies for this.
Top notch cases for watches
I have bought three slim cases, inte each for six, two and one watch and I am very pleased with the functionality and quality. I use these cases for travelling and storage of my watches and I can highly recommend the slim cases from Molequin. Best of the best.
