Mole installed ten solar panels and a battery for us a few weeks ago. This meets around 30% of our electricity needs on short dull winter days and over 100% on sunny days. Output will no doubt be better still as we move into summer.
We were really pleased with the attention to detail in planning the installation and the efficient and friendly service from the installers and admin staff. We obtained three quotes and found Mole were best in meeting our requirements and best of all there was no hard sell.

System was designed to my needs and designs updated as I learned more about it and what was possible (put as many panels on as you can!). Neatly installed and working well so far. Price was favourable compared to another local company

I had been bitten earlier in the year with an installation that went bad, so was looking for a new supplier. Mole were absolutely outstanding. From the patience to understand my poor experience to the onsite visit and thorough discussion, to the designs and options, to the advice and then the scaffold and install. Everything has been easy, low presure and very clear. Dealing with this company and all of their team has been a remarkable example of superb customer experience. When the panel fitters came, they understood the mission...max out the roof without it looking rubbish...they got me an extra three panels on, which was amazing. Ok, not the cheapest, but honestly i tried to 'buy on price' and that went wrong...Mole deliver excellent service and excellent value. No complaints here, just compliments.

The whole process from contacting Mole Energy to installation was made very easy with someone always available to answer any enquiries. The installation team were excellent with the fitting and helpful in explaining the system and getting it up and running. I would definitely use them again as the product was excellent.

From my first call asking about adding another Tesla powerwall 2 and them changing my requirements to adding more solar panels to my existing installation the office team couldn't of been any more helpful.
When it came to the installation they turned up on time and worked late on day 1
Making sure that the older installation and the additional installation all lined up and looked like they had always been there.
Day 2 left the site cleaner than when they arrived and took time to explain everything and left everything well labelled.
On day 2 the roofing team turned up and efficiently added the extra panels and left the site clean and tidy.
I would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them to anyone else.

Previously had solar panels installed by Mole energy a few years ago, and this time they installed a Tesla Powerwall 3. The install was performed faultlessly by Shane and Connor who went above and beyond to complete within the same day. They are a brilliant hard working team who are friendly and are very clean in their work standards.

I engaged Mole Energy to install a solar PV system with connection to the electricity grid and a battery. I provided an outline brief and they quickly provided a proposal which met my requirements, including costs and technical specifications of all the components. The site survey and installation were carried out according to their schedule. Mole Energy managed the installation from end to end, including authorisation to connect to the grid and the scaffolding. Following the installation they provided a comprehensive set of documentation. I am delighted with the PV solar system and the service provided by Mole Energy.

Great service from the team at Mole Energy Ltd. We are very pleased with our Tesla battery. The fitters were most helpful and instructive on time and very clean when having to come into the house. Would recommend this firm anytime.

Good service from first enquiry to completion. No attempt to 'hard sell' the products. Excellent advice on survey and during the installation of the system, which was designed to suit our requirements. Everyone involved was polite and helpful throughout the process.
The system was fitted in January 2024. We are delighted with the amount of solar energy that we are able to harvest. This is supported by our Tesla battery system. Financial savings are already apparent.

After being badly letdown by Sungift Solar in Exeter, I was looking for a company with a good reputation of quality installations and customer service to add a storage battery to my existing PV installation.
A neighbour had used Mole Energy for his PV and battery install and rated them very highly. I placed an order and my experience matched his with a Tesla Powerwall install that I am very pleased with. There was good communication throughout the project and the engineers on site were very respectful and went out of their way to make sure routing of cables and location of equipment was as unobtrusive as possible as well as being neat and tidy.
We were so pleased with the quality of work and service, 9 months later we asked Mole Energy to install a second Powerwall which they duely did. This experience was as positive as the first install and therefore highly recommend them for storage battery installs.
