From the outset, the process of sending my blood panel to the team was incredibly straightforward. Shortly after booking and submitting my details, I received a testing kit by mail. The only requirement from there was to take the kit to my local clinic for the blood draw.

Throughout the process, I received timely updates when the laboratory had received my samples, when they were ready for analysis, and again once the results were available for review.

The report itself was particularly impressive. Molecular U demonstrate a strong level of expertise in their biomarker analysis, with a comprehensive approach that appears to cover all key areas. The online patient portal is well designed, allowing results to be viewed across clearly defined categories that break down complex scientific information into highly digestible sections.

For any biomarkers that fall outside of the optimal range, the team provides evidence-based recommendations supported by scientific literature, which adds significant value. Finally, the ability to easily download and forward the report as a PDF to my family physician was a notable and appreciated feature.

The results are in depth and gave lots details. I am normally pretty active, but with the results I realise that I gotta control myself to intake less saturated fat.

It would be great if it can get more explanation with each biometric data in the future

What I like most about this test and guidance is it is proactive instead reactionary. If one waits to test once a problem arises and in some cases could indicate an irreversible condition, your life may be cut short due to ignorance.
Process was simple and company responsive at each step.

From my perspective, this was a waste of $1,000. Lots of issues:
1. Right out of the gate the report states that this is a health assessment and not a diagnostic test! Clearly I misunderstood what I had signed up for.
2. My dietary and liver health were rated high risk with no explanation of what the risks are and what corrective action I should take.
3. Despite my liver health being high risk my risk of liver disease was rated low. No explanation of this apparent contradiction.
4. My heart attack risk was rated low but the narrative stated that my blood is showing patterns similar to individuals who eventually experience heart attacks. Again no explanation of the apparent contradiction.
5. My gout risk was rated low but the narrative stated that my uric acid blood levels are as high as in people with gout. Again no explanation of the apparent contradiction.
6. Hypertension was rated low risk even though I have suffered from hypertension for years. Their explanation for this was that their test did not capture this risk accurately.
Given the above apparent contradictions, I am questioning the accuracy of all of the results.
So, given all this, I honestly don’t know what benefit I gained.
Final nail in this coffin was my doctor dismissing the results as of little value to her in my health care.
So for me, no value gained for $1,000. The action plan was very generic…eat less red and more white meat, reduce alcohol, eat more nuts, seeds and leafy greens, more aerobic and resistance exercising. Probably applies to 90% of the population,
Overall, I am very disappointed in the report and really can’t do much with it. I realize other customers had more positive outcomes and I envy their experience. I found the follow up counselling was again standard fare and of little value to me.

They were very professional and responded to all my emails and calls right away, always having the answers i needed.

This has been my second round of testing and again I'm totally impressed with the communications and the services and the details provided that may be a sign of a disease or condition...so I can make changes in a positive manner.

I believe this is the future in how we can manage our health and prevent disease and illness within the body. I loved the breakdown of the nutritional deficiency in the app. As someone who is proactive with my health I went right to the health food store and started changing my diet and incorporating vitamins and minerals necessary to prevent disease. I did try to submit the supplements I’m taking but the app didn’t recognize any of them. So I left it blank. Also, there was a few things diseases I was susceptible to but had no solution. I would like to know more about the preventative measures to avoid things like Alzheimer’s.

Simple blood collection service and very detailed overall health report, along with suggestions for dietary/lifestyle changes. I really appreciated the scope of health risks they covered - heart attack, fatty liver, diabetes, immune system, plaque build up. It was a comfort where good and a call to action (with suggestions if changes) where it was becoming a risk.

I was very impressed with the depth and quality of the information I received and have made several changes to my health regimen as a result. I received results that were helpful in understanding what was happening with my body regarding my weight loss. I was able to use that information when speaking to my doctor to find out if what was happening in my body was of concern or not.

They are doing a great job and they explain about the results and how to improve your health. I just wish that the doctors in general have more knowledge about it.

Loved learning all the things o need to work on and knowing they have solutions for certain stuff to make it better! I also enjoyed the way that they showed your percentage of low-moderate-high instead of giving a number that you don’t understand.
