Placed my order on 7th June, took my money straight away however still haven't received my order nearly 4 weeks later. Tracker doesn't work and they haven't replied to my email. Won't be ordering anything again but stuck now as I need for an18th party in 7 days

It’s taken 2 weeks from my order being paid for to process it. It hasn’t been sent!! And it looks like half is coming from China - this is a total joke as nobody can reply to an email. I needed these items for this week, which clearly won’t be happening. I wanted to cancel but there’s no option. Complete horror show and a joke!

The moulds are great for a handful of uses. A years warranty is promised at purchase but after contacting them several times for some replacements for split moulds I am receiving no reply. Very frustrating as I paid Over £120

Got all 26 letters, purchase worth it!

Scam site...took my money fast but never got any updates an after 2weeks I get a fake invalid tracking number...

That was not a Giant size letter my letters I have is bigger than that it was not worth $20

Ordered four Molds. Only got one. None of the others have been sent.
Had a really hard time getting ahold of someone. When I finally did they knew nothing about my order. They are completely unorganized. Been good month and still nothing else has been shipped and pretty sure it won’t. I don’t recommend buying from this place.

I purchased molds in August and I have still not received them and when I try to contact this company and ask where my molds are I am being completely ignored! I am £150 out of pocket!

I bought and paid for my order on 8/7/21…it was for almost £180…. Not a small order !!!!!

I’d really like to attach all the communications with Tom Pannett who seems to be in charge at the company.

I have emails telling me my order is on its way, another from Tom telling me he’d sort it out for me and also to check with DPD to track my order. When I clicked on the “ trace my parcel “ the display came up saying no such page could be found.

I am really angry now because of numerous emails to and frow, I’m still not sure what’s going on with my order …..hopefully this will make them pay more attention to their customers…..I think this is only the second negative comment I’ve made in my life….I’m 65 and easily pleased 😀.
I will continue posting on any media source I can until I get my refund…….

Item never shipped from warehouse so not received. Company refuses to engage. Pursuing refund via PayPal. Do not use. Avoid.

Wont purchase from this company again. Ordered Sept 3rd 2021, then no communication. Followed up with multiple emails with no response then texts on Whatsapp. I was told they were waiting on stock & that it will be shipped on multiple occasions, still nothing. I asked for a refund as the mold is no use to me now as the event it was for has passed, he was he would refund, again didn't follow through on 2 different occasions. 2months later I get an email with a tracking number. its still in transit so no idea if it will even arrive. Definitely don't recommend this company!!!

Had an issue with a product (damaged) emailed and this was resolved within 2 hours!
