Moldcell

Moldcell: Fraudulent charges, zero transparency, and absurd bureaucracy
If I could give zero stars, I would. Moldcell has been withdrawing money from my elderly mother’s account the moment her SIM card is inserted into a phone — without ever providing an itemized breakdown of the charges. We requested a detailed statement multiple times, both in person and by phone, only to be met with delays, formal excuses, and vague answers.
Even more outrageous: Moldcell initially accepted my mother’s e-signature to issue a statement, but when it came to something as basic as renewing her SIM card, they suddenly refused to honor the exact same signature. Their arbitrary rules make no sense — one day a document is valid, the next day it is not. This inconsistency is not only ridiculous, it looks like a deliberate attempt to block customers from exercising their rights.
Despite presenting a legal power of attorney (recognized by all other institutions in Moldova), Moldcell refuses to accept it, creating endless obstacles for family members trying to resolve issues on behalf of elderly relatives. Instead of supporting their customers, they rely on bureaucratic loopholes and tactics that feel intentionally abusive.
Moldcell’s behavior raises serious concerns of fraud, lack of transparency, and consumer rights violations. I strongly urge regulators in Moldova to investigate, and I warn anyone considering this provider: stay away unless you want to deal with unexplained charges, stonewalling, and endless frustration.

Got a card for 80 lei for a month

Got a card for 80 lei for a month. It stopped working in 3 weeks. Because I needed internet I refilled it for the same amount. I got an internet for 1 minute for $5. No, it wasn’t a mistake. That’s how they charge . Really? Useless customer service ( why would they even call it a customer service?). Thieves. The worse company in the world.
