Great customer service -- pro bi fins
Great customer service; pro bi fins ( fiberglass) fins made it to me in Seattle in about a month after ordering. Swam for over an hour in the pool yesterday. Foot pocket fits great and just need to break it in for a few hours. I ordered soft regular and I'm 66 years old fit, weigh 186 pounds, am 6 feet. Fin requires very little effort. I will need to perfect my ankle snd toe technique in order to get all the performance. Very pleased so far!!

Outstanding customer service and very comfortable wetsuit
The customer service experience at Molchanovs is the best I've had so far. I ordered a wetsuit in December for a DeepWeek event in February, but just a few days before the event, the package hadn't arrived at my home in Colombia. Even though the problem was with my country's shipping company, Molchanovs helped me quickly ship another wetsuit to USA so a friend of mine could receive it and take it to the event for me. Since the first package still have not been delivered, Molchanovs decided to refund the first wetsuit even though the Colombian shipping company was responsible for the incident. I must also say that communication is very efficient; they always respond to my messages within a day. Last but not least, I must say that I am very happy with my new wetsuit. I used the website's sizing chart to decide on my size, and the wetsuit fits me perfectly. It's clearly of very good quality, and it's also quite comfortable. Thank you so much Molchanovs for helping me get my wetsuit in time for DeepWeek!
