I had a great experience shopping on…

I had a great experience shopping on Mokky! The website is easy to navigate, with clear product descriptions and plenty of options to choose from. My order was processed quickly, and the delivery was fast and hassle-free. The items arrived well-packaged and exactly as described. I also appreciate their responsive customer service, very helpful and friendly! I’ll definitely be shopping here again and recommending it to others.

Scam

This online shop is fraudulent! Trash! DO NOT BUY! I ordered an resin figurine, and they shipped me a PHOTOCOPY, an A4 sheet of paper of a figurine. Not only that, the photo had the wrong design! When you try to send a complaint on their website it "conveniently" pops up an error. They send zero confirmation for any email you write to them. It is now my whole life purpose to let everyone know this company is TRASH!

Edit: Mokky.fi canceled the order through the intermediate paying system. This changes nothing about what happened. People should be aware of the risk shopping there.
Mokky.fi sent the order without a packing slip or return slip. The label was in Helsinki, but it processed through CUSTOMS, so it is not located here. Google info states Mokky.fi is based in China. You cannot return a PHOTO of a product that you didn't receive, especially one sent without a return slip that is located in another country. Weird you would respond HERE and not to emails. What kind of response is this?

If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your order, you can request to return the items within 30 days upon receiving the order.

Usually, there will be a system notification email after the order is successfully placed. If you did not receive the email, please check if there are any email from "clientplus" with your spam box or junk folder. That's the emails system we are uesing. Please don't worry.

Could you please provide your order number or the name of the recipient, phone number, address or more informations to help us? We will give you a satisfactory solution.

Scam. Don't trust this shop!

Don't trust this Webshop! This has been my worst online shopping experience and I have used lots of different webshops also from different country. This company is just a scam and rip-off and the customer service is simply a joke. I have ordered goods and as didn't hear anything of my shipment I followed up. Shipment went missing and I was promised a replacement. After a while I hadn't received it and contacted customer service again. I was then promised a refund. After not receiving money on my account I followed up again. And the only answer I receive was "Hello, we have verified your order, but the order has expired and we cannot process a refund for you. Please understand that." This is absolutely not understanable and just an audacious and illegal practice.

Total scam. The product is thin aluminum (not stainless steel) and does not stay in the shape of a stick.
