I’m sorry to have to leave this review but they won’t respond to emails. I placed an order well in time for Christmas. The package shipped quickly but was never delivered and instead was returned (not the fault of Mokabon). I had to email twice for assistance. I received an apologetic reply (they were busy because of holiday orders) and an immediate refund. Ok fine, but I didn’t ask for a refund, I was expecting a replacement order. However, I was never given an option. So I replied to the refund email and asked about a replacement order. No response. I guess they were so busy, it was better to refund me to make the problem go away. Yes, I could have reordered myself but I was disappointed with the lack of communication or solution. Maybe other orders will have better luck.
