I had some issues with the availability of my order, but the customer service was very helpful and responded quickly. They handled everything professionally and offered a fair solution, which I really appreciated. Definitely recommend!
I found the shop while i was spending a week in the netherlands and couldnt be happier after getting a couple bundles from there website and grabbing a few other things in the store while i was there, owner was helpful and even sorted the bundles while i was checking out the store
I had a 2 part-deal for pokemon cards with this seller, but after part one, he ghosted me. Tried both personal and buisness acc, multiple times, no reply for nearly a month. Even though deal 1 was handeled correctly, I only agreed with it in the understanding part 2 would even things out. So yeah, now I feel ripped off. Doesn't speak for great trust in this shop at all. Would not reccomend as for now. Still hoping he'll live up to his word eventually.
Great quality cards, quick shipping and I love the personal touch coming with the order. Made my son (5) very happy!
