Good service, good experience, but unexpected costs

The service is good, and it’s great to have the flexibility to get whatever you want, wherever you are. All in all, the experience was very positive. They moved fast, and I received my gift sooner rather than later.

The only reason I’m not giving them 5 stars is that, even though I ordered an item worth exactly the amount of my gift card, other costs (shipping, taxes, fees, and foreign transaction charges) ended up eating almost 20% of its value, which was unexpected and obviously not ideal.

Amazing experience provided by a team that cares

The service was smooth and extremely well delivered. I answer a few questions about what I was looking for, and then I was presented some options that nailed it. Something really tasteful, which fitted perfectly with what I wanted, and that would have been much harder to find by myself. I'm very happy with the final result and the overall process.

Easy and Simplistic

The reservation process was straightforward and quick, with clear instructions at each step. I received my confirmation promptly, and all of the details in the email were accurate and easy to understand, which gave me confidence that everything had been processed correctly.

When it came time to use the Woolworths gift card, there were no issues at all—the card worked exactly as expected. The whole experience felt smooth and well organised, and I appreciated the transparency and reliability throughout.

Based on this experience, I would happily use Mojo again for future gift reservations and would recommend their service to others looking for a simple, hassle-free way to purchase and redeem gift cards.

Fast Delivery and Great Personal Service

The day after I shared the link to the product I wanted, someone contacted me to confirm the details. This was really important to me, because we live in a time when you usually end up talking to a bot and you don’t feel that human touch. The next day, the product was already at my home! Thank you!!

Purchased a corporate gift card as a thoughtful gift for a friend in late 2025. Unfortunately, the card has been completely unusable due to ongoing website issues: endless loading loops, error pages, and broken navigation when trying to redeem or browse experiences.
My friend reached out to support at the beginning of January 2026 to report these problems and get help booking/redeeming – no response whatsoever in over a month.
This makes the “no expiry,” “24/7 concierge,” and “hassle-free” promises feel misleading, as the platform itself is non-functional for the recipient. The Instagram comments also look suspiciously repetitive, raising further doubts.
I’ve emailed support multiple times requesting a fix or full refund, with evidence attached, but silence so far. As an Australian buyer, I’m now pursuing this through my bank for a chargeback and reporting to Scamwatch/ACCC due to non-delivery of service.
Disappointing experience – avoid until these technical/support issues are resolved.
