While I love the product, I can’t in good conscience recommend buying one from this company until they get their accounts in order. I wanted to buy one of these drums after loving the experience playing on me with friends so I purchased a steel tongue drum on Dec 24 for my partner as a present for his birthday. As of March 13, 3 months later, I have still not received it. I have asked for a refund which I have not received so I have had to file a dispute with my credit card company. I emailed Moisai about this multiple times, and they have been excruciatingly slow to respond. They were completely unresponsive about my request for refund. Therefore while I know this is a great product, I have to recommend against buying anything from them until the company can get their act together.

Your website disappeared after I ordered. Didn’t give me great confidence. However, the drum did arrive safely.

I ordered my drum on 1/10/2025 and I still haven’t received my order, my order number is #1454

I got to know MOISAI years ago after watching "Ethereal in E" videos playing in the midst of nature and was fascinated. I didn't order any instrument since I was afraid of the long travel to Europe and the high price that could cause customs issues (I also rarely played any musical instrument outside school).
When I received MOISAI's email before Christmas 2024, I thought it was the right time, so I ordered the MOISAI TungDrum.
It took some time to arrive (double the 5-7 business days estimate) likely due to the increased seasonal orderings and after opening the box one of the sticks was broken. However, I glued it back and the drum itself was protected with a fabric bag. It is beautiful and in great condition.
It was totally worth it, the first notes I played on it made me smile ear to ear :) and my relatives were also overjoyed when they found out they could also create pleasant music with something they have never tried before!
I'm considering ordering again for one particular reason: it's a great gift for non-musicians who always wanted to give music playing a try!

Just wish the tones were more resonant. The workmanship is lovely. A quality product

Great sounding drum. My daughter absolutely loves playing it. I like the size too, as it is easy to transport. Excellent purchase for the price.

Opening one of these Drums is like an early Christmas Present!!! It sounds beautiful and I plan to get the 9” later on!

Won a tongue drum in a Facebook raffle from Ethereal in E. The instrument came faster than expected and has such a wonderful tone quality! Such a beautiful piece of craftsmanship.

Such a beautiful piece of art! The tongue drum arrived just in time for a family event. Everyone wanted to give it a try. It was such a beautiful addition to our home!

Instead of delivery time 7 days it was 30 days. No e-mail was answered.

Pros: beautiful instrument, beautiful sound, easy to learn and play.

Cons: No customer service or response. They say they personally engrave each one, and can tune them to 432 Hz. Not true. I sent them several emails and only received marketing emails back. Took a long time to get here.

My tongue drum sounds amazing, I love that the notes have a nice reverb. While some notes you have to hit harder to sound, that just comes with how they're shaped and how high they are. It arrived two days early which was awesome! They packaged it very securely, gave me a carry bag, AND three mallets! Super amazing purchase that I am very happy with! :D

Its a nice looking drum with the nice sounds. Except that the one tong was a bit out of tune. Needed to tune it manually. It took a bit of time for me. The one of the drumsticks was broken in the delivery box. No response from support at all

I placed my order on March 24th, I chose express shipping as the delivery method. I tried contacting the team on multiple occasions, but never received a response.

Many more companies look reputable, I suggest anyone to reconsider buying from Moisai.

I will be disputing my charge since I have lost confidence in this brand.

It came fairly quickly and I absolutely love the sound. I use it on ticktock live to play for people with my parrot

I was concerned after I made my order because the website stated that my items would ship within 5 to 7 days. I ordered my items Nov 2. Contacted seller on 19th and was told items shipped Nov 20th by FedX. Tried tracking but received no tracking info. Contacted seller again. I received my order Dec 4th. These items are gifts.

The drum is beautiful, it creates a great sound, just like the website demos. Communication with customers could be better, it took several days to hear from them after the order was delayed. Worth the wait!
