Despite negative comments I ordered Smart Folio for Ipad m5 /13 inch. Shipping in 9 days (to France) / product impeccable. Very original design. The magnet is strong even with the aple pencil holder. I highly recommend.

Extremely poor customer service

Extremely poor customer service. Delivery window of my order is well past and they are not responding to my complaint. The courier tgey use, PDN Express has overwhelmingly negative reviews. It looks like Moft is running a business based on fraudulent practices. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM .

This company comes off as in the US

This company comes off as in the US, but once you order, you realize their products ship from China. I ordered a Christmas gift early November and it’s Dec 19 and no box. The tracking they use is also a joke. I wished I had read the reviews before placing my order.

I got a laptop sleeve and a phone tripod and on the track and trace says that the product was delivered on the 5th of December but I did not receive anything. Sent Moft an email some days ago and no response till today.. Tried sending another email some time ago, I need answers!!!

Do not buy from this company it is a cheap scam

Do not buy from this company. They are a scam. As many other reviews across IG, Amazon, and here have stated they have defective products and magnets and it is a known issue. They claim their return policy on their website and have a process for addressing the defective product but they do not respond and they do not adhere to this stated policy. They have never responded to my several requests to replace their product or send it back. I disputed it with my bank and they responded to my bank within days but still never reached out to me directly. My bank fell for it and would not approve the dispute. Their stated return period is now well past due to their delays and I've reached out for months. You have a high risk of getting a defective product and your bank will likely not agree and you will be out the money you spent.

No product, not able to ship, no refund.

I ordered a couple items, which I am unable to review as I ordered them back in October and have not received them. I was told my address was too long, but I'm not able to change what my address is, so they asked if I would like to have my order cancelled - well, if you can't provide me with the products, yes, with a full refund. I am still waiting for either the products or a full and complete refund, but am now just getting silence. Additionally, I am now constantly spammed with emails from them to order more products I'll pay for and not get.

Poor customer service - Waiting on Refund…

I had to return the ipad case and pencil holder as it would pop off easily and didn’t serve as protection for the device. It took quite a while to get in touch with customer service. Received the return label, sent the product, received confirmation of delivery, however, it’s been a week over a week and have not yet received full refund as guaranteed by customer service agent.

Customer Service is non existent & no integrity

Customer Service is non existent. Low integrity as they removed my 1 star review on their website. Realised I ordered the wrong size, wrote in to enquire about exchange on 16Oct2025, no response until 4Nov2025 despite chasing. I dropped a 1 star review on their website on 4Nov2025. They replied to apologise and that they will get back to me. Till now, I have not heard back. Worse, I found that my 1 star review was removed from their website!

Avoid at all costs

I seldom leave negative reviews, but I do not wish for other buyers to fall into the same trap I did. Product quality is poor, customer service is abysmal, and if you wish to claim a refund, your best bet is to do so through your credit card company – most unsatisfactory, and tantamount to a scam when it comes to the promised discounts and partial refunds that never materialise.

Formerly a great company

I've supported MOFT since their first Kickstarter project, and I thought that they were really innovative company. I've liked several of their products, but unfortunately, they are now a complete disaster when it comes to customer service.

On their last crowdfunding campaign, I purchased two iPad covers, and one of them was the wrong version. I shipped back that product at my own expense, and they were supposed to send me the correct version.

It's been five months since that happened, and they have ignored more than six attempts by me to get a response from customer service. I believe this company is going out of business (or in some other state of crisis) and wouldn't advise anyone to purchase their products.

UPDATE: I'm adding two stars back because, after 6+ months their customer service finally got back to me. They refund me, and sent me a replacement case. It took far too long, but I will give them credit for finally making it right.

Dynamic folio case - waste of money

Bought the dynamic folio case for my iPad pro 13. Could not use it as the magnets are too weak to hold the tablet in place. After giving the case a not so great review i was asked to send a video to the CS team. Even after sending the video and several emails requesting feedback, Moft CS team never responded. Moft promised that I will receive my order in 6-10 business days, today after 20 days I didn’t receive my package and Moft not ready to do anything to help me, not cancelling the order and not anything else. I paid very high price and received very bad service. I don’t know if I will receive the order.
There are a lot of computer accessories stores with normal prices and high quality so you don’t have to pay for disrespectful service.

Avoid this company - they do not refund returned items

I have had a terrible experience with Moft. I ordered a Folio for my iPad Pro and unfortunately ordered the wrong case. I contacted support where Emily responded quickly to say that I could return the item for a refund, that I would need to send her the tracking info and that if I wanted the correct item it would be better to order that rather than wait for the refund to process. I am based in the UK but as instructed I returned the item tracked to their US address, provided full tracking and I also reordered the correct item. The return was received on 17th September at their US address and despite many follow ups by email since they have completely ignored me and I have not received the promised refund. They are in breach of UK and US consumer protections on this alone. Outside of that I left a negative review on the product page itself to which I received a reply that they would respond to my emails - they never have and they have not posted up my review or experience. I therefore have come to Trustpilot in the hope that people thinking of buying from Moft read this before doing so. You might like my opinion on the products themselves - I have a couple - are they any good? They are fine. They are not worth the high prices they charge though and if a product like this is not paired with good customer service then it's not worth anything. The team at Moft should be ashamed. I suspect I know what is going on and that in a few months Moft will be no more and there will be a new company with the same products popping up running the same scam but this return and no refunds behaviour is suspect and showcases what an untrustworthy company this is. Please avoid and stick with reputable trustworthy brands who offer customer service

I agree with everyone giving MOFT a terrible review. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCT, DO NOT TRUST THEM. The customer services is awful. If you return a product not only will you pay for shipping cost, but most likely you will not receive your refund. I am still battling this issue and no one will respond to my emails. There is no phone number to contact them (I think this is on purpose). If you don't want to waste your money, there are much better products for cheaper and much better customer service. This company is a joke and stole my money! THEIFS! STAY AWAY!!!

SCATHING REVIEW: 1/5 Stars - Do NOT Trust Their Delivery or Customer Service Promises
I ordered a phone case on September 27th. Today is October 27th, and I still have not received my product.

MOFT US’s website promises are completely false:

"Delivery in 3 Business Days": This is a lie. My package has been stuck for weeks.

"Customer Service Response within 24 Hours": This is also a lie. My last communication from them was on October 14th, and I have received zero updates since then.

The initial delay was caused by MOFT sending an incorrect address to the carrier. This is an error entirely on their part.

I have spent countless hours trying to track down this order. I am extremely frustrated and angry. I demand to know immediately whether my product will be delivered or if I need to take legal action.

Conclusion: MOFT US fails on delivery, accountability, and customer communication. DO NOT BUY HERE if you expect fast shipping or basic support.

MOFT’s Customer Service Is Abysmal!

I ordered their iPhone 17 Pro case on September 29, received it on October 8, and decided immediately it wasn’t the right fit. I submitted a return request the same day it arrived — well within their own 30-day return policy.

You’d think that would be straightforward. Instead, it’s been a parade of no replies. MOFT’s support has just doesn't want to deal with returns, even though shipment tracking that proves when the case was received. They obviously just make their own return rules and drag things out past the deadline, as if the calendar and clock are fake news.

This isn’t about the phone case — which was average at best — it’s about a company refusing to honor its own policy. When customers follow the rules and a company still stonewalls, that’s not confusion, that’s neglect.

I’ve dealt with dozens of accessory brands — MagBak, NOMAD, Mous, Apple — all of which handled returns promptly and professionally. MOFT stands alone in how poorly they’ve treated a simple return request.

In short: decent marketing, terrible follow-through. If you value integrity, accountability, or basic communication, look elsewhere.
