If you're a black man do not go apply here. I've applied with them twice and keep getting denied. I had a solid and sound business plan for construction and they entertained it literally like they were considering it asking multiple questions and then denied it. The first time I talked to a consultant over a yr ago I was immediately denied after the first consultation. I had a general contracting business I was interested in pursuing and I have a 700 credit score and was denied. SBA should remove them they do not work with you especially if youre an African American man.

I qualify credit wise and income wise they didn’t believe in my idea and the whole reason I needed funding was because I kept selling out in my prior experience way too quick and would have to pause my store to restock it would’ve been a profitable investment
