I finally got around to ordering from Moeflavor and I definitely don’t regret it. To start, I ordered the wrong size on my first purchase. I emailed their guest services to see if I could return the item and get store credit rather than make an exchange. The agent that was helping me, Angela, was so nice and really easy to work with. I sent the product back to them, and shorty after the warehouse received my package, I got my store credit without even having to contact them myself. It was such a quick and easy process, I was honestly shocked. I never end up returning items ordered online since it’s always a hassle and this was quite the opposite. Okay, now for the other items I purchased … I currently have the MEKA Maid set, the Kill Rope Shibari set, and the DANGER Cyber Cat Bikini with Sleeves.. along with the bottoms from the outfit (Pink&Black). To keep it simple, I am OBSESSED. After I found the size right for me, everything fits like a dream and the quality is really nice. My boyfriend is also a fan lol he gave everything a strong 9/10… for me it’s a 10. If you’re considering buying anything from this site please do it, the confidence boost is so worth it lol. <3

Received wrong item and was not reimbursed until i shipped back the mistake they made. Was not met halfway with customer service, just a sorry and nothing else.

I’ve been purchasing and supporting MoeFlavour since 2021, and can happily say that every set I have from them exceeds my expectations. High quality fabrics and vinyls, an accurate size chart and honestly, pretty speedy international shipping. Four sets in my collection with plans on expanding I just need to actually chose a design 😂

At first, I was skeptical about trying someplace new, but they really exceeded my standards! They have different styles for different trends and different body types. Not to mention they are very interactive with their customers which says a lot about them!

Items arrived broken, very low quality and just seem mass produced. I wrote reviews about how all items I bought had issues, company chose to not post any of them. At least be honest, I would’ve rated 3/5, but because they’re pretty much censoring my review which was fair and written well I have to do it this way. Check their website yourself, you can clearly see that they never publish the negative reviews.

Edit: I wrote to them about it and this was their response about the reviews “Our system has an automated filtering of reviews, it won't post if the stars are low and if detected a negative word.”
