Had a few items over a few years now and have never been disappointed. All sizes a little snug but once worn a few times they loosen up and fit to my size. Delivery always on time and packaged well.

My feet are wide with bunions and getting comfortable shoes isn't easy. Now I have found Mod Comfys I can pick from several styles in different colours and know they will be comfort. The customer service and advice has been excellent. I have been pleased with the quality and find the prices very reasonable.

Ive ordered a item ,and if there a faulty item been sent they refund the full item and let you keep the item , I can't fault there customer service they do anything to help you out or make sure there customers come 1st , and always make sure there customers are 100 % happy with there goods , this why am a returning customer and would recommend them to anyone thanks

Purchased faulty earings on line. The backs do not fit. Also look a bit off colour. Maybe old stock. Have email mod shoes twice also message on FB timeline and private messaging. With video of proof. No responce. Shame It's come to me writing a bad review.

The reply to my initial review I a complete smoke screen. They claim that the "partial refund" that they offered was because the item I returned was in poor condition. This is untrue, as The item was tried on, then carefully repacked and sent back. Once again, proving (to me) that this company is not to be trusted!

They dispatch orders promptly, accurately, and they keep you updated throughout every step of the process. I have only once had an issue with an item, out of dozens of orders, and they refunded without any problem. They are 100% reliable and I wish more online retailers had their quality of service. I've had several extremely positive experiences shopping with Mod Shoes and 66 Clothing. Some of those, the customer service has been above and beyond. When I've enquired about an item from last season which has sold out, it's not just good luck that there was one left in my size in the warehouse but also that someone has taken the time to dig it out. Or even just questions I've had regarding the inspiration of items, the guys at Mod Shoes have been more than happy to fill me in. When the laces in my favourite boots had worn out and I'd contacted them to ask if I could purchase replacements, I was sent a new set with no charge.
The faces behind Mod Shoes and 66 Clothing attend the same events as their customers. That is to suggest that they are us and I do believe they appreciate that.
I'd highly recommend Mod Shoes to anyone. Great quality, stylish goods.
