Wrong item received from eobutev.si, only contact you have is useless AI bot, no live person to chat, no response to e-mail, listed support telephone number does not exist. This company is a fraud, bunch of criminals.
I ordered on 12th of october, they had the product in stock. No response from them and its 19th, i paid for express shipping in 2 days. They didnt even answer my emails or have any form of contact options except email, which is not responsive at all.
The package was supposed to be shipped via the parcel service a few days ago, but the courier confirmed it hasn’t been sent yet. I contacted Modivo several times, but received no response to any of my emails.
