Company littered with incompetence, laziness and a dire lack of professionalism
I can only discourage people purchasing from this company which operationally is a car crash to put it mildly.
Major issues:
1) Communication - Unacceptable, lazy, useless. Games can go years without any formal updates, pledges can have uncompleted products and the dev team going silent for months, ignoring comments or going back on promises of clarity. They have straight up lied as well about progress updates, competitive support etc
2) Missing parts - Serious issue. About 30% of my orders have missing parts. The Customer Support is a roulette. It seems this is the only area of the company with some good staff but others will forget to ship your replacement orders out.
3) Prices - Awful relative to the quality / assurance for support. Everything from base price to shipping. Raising prices just BEFORE Black Friday says everything you need to know about these lot. Loyalty scheme is also weak.
4) Website - An utter mess which crashes and makes everything 100x more complicated.
So from the top, project managers etc, the company is a mess and ultimately I feel genuinely upset for those who have to answer to them.
It’s also gotten worse year-on-year, and know it seems they only put their minimal amount of effort into fallout (before they inevitably dump it like they have everything else). If you’re getting any other game, don’t expect much.
