Caveat Emptor...Buyer Beware! That's the term I would strongly use with this company. I found this product very appealing based on their online advertisements and wanted to surprise my wife with some of their selections with an upcoming tropical getaway in February. I ordered from them in January 2026 with an initial delivery date for the end of January. It turns out the money they invest in promoting their product ends there.
I was informed they shipped the product so they charged my account for the balance. they missed the scheduled delivery but failed to follow-up with any communication. I had to hunt down how to contact them and was told it was now well into February. So now nothing has shown up and the trip is rapidly approaching with nothing delivered. Funny thing is they do not provide refunds but only product exchanges. In the meantime I am inundated with their other other product promotions daily. I expected in this competitive day they would have customer service at the top of their priorities, especially if they expect repeat customer business. Beware!

The dresses I received were nothing like the pictures. They looked so nice and fancy in the pictures, but were actually really cheap, thin fabric, with details just printed on. They look horrible and are not even wearable. I should have looked at reviews, but they were so pretty I ordered them. Big mistake, one I will never make again. Now I have nothing to wear for Halloween. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS 100% A SCAM!

Ordered three swimsuits for my holiday. None arrived, they said one had been delivered but could not provide proof of delivery. I have requested a refund three times but they ignore me. Keep offering me alternative goods which I don't want. My holiday came and went. Awful service, dreadful company. They are thieves - they just steal money!!

Sizing is all wrong and description is incorrect. Bikini was suppose to have tummy control but yet didn't so I asked for refund and they refused it! Will never use this company again and hope this review prevents others from going through this. Wish I'd read the reviews before.

I would give them ZERO stars if it was an option. Deceptive pricing and customer service is nonexistent. Need I say more? Stay away-far,far away.

Still haven’t received my money back and I’ve returned 2 suits! They are trying to push store credit they said multiple times they are going to refund me but haven’t don’t buy from them

Terribile company, scums. They lie about the delivery, they don’t want to refund you, instead they give a store credit. DO NOT BUY from them. I ordered some swimwear mid June for my holidays in July. The items never arrived, they claimed that their couriers tried to deliver, half of the order was returned to them and the other half was allegedly delivered. I never received anything and have been trying to get a full refund which they clearly don’t want to give. Disgusting!

Absolutely disgusting company! Lies after lies! Take your money and never send your order and then continue to give poor excuses why it hasn’t shipped! I’m telling everyone do not order!

When my item arrived I tried to wear it, size XL (20-22).
It was well under size, about a size 16, Due to there returns policy I cannot return it, nothing states this when purchasing. It was not cheap, I am stuck with it and it is not my fault. Will not be buying anything else from this company, it is disgusting they can get away with it.

The quality of clothing I've purchased is great, so are the prices and delivery time.

Horrible company. DO NOT ORDER! My order never arrived. They basically blame the customer for their incompetence. Company negotiations how much money they will refund to you. After multiple emails finally got them to agree to refund 90% of my money. I will probably never receive any refund

Terrible. Had to reach out twice because my order never arrived. I had them cancel the order before it was sent. They kept giving me the same runaround excuse. I think their clothing is very attractive, but I will not order another thing unfortunately due to the lack of timeliness on their part.

Simple, have not had item. No on line company from the U.S.A is to be trusted.

Ordered swimsuits n had to return some items due to size issues. The return process was easy, but I didn’t get a full refund because they they charged 9.99 for each item…label they call it. Will never order from them again!

Please be careful when ordering. Didn’t realise there was a no returns policy on a dress.
Quality of dress was poor. Cheap fabric and poorly made.
But I cannot return.
Will not be buying again.
