I am so impressed with this meal service. They are incredible. I just started receiving them and I have celiac disease. This is so helpful because it takes all of the preparation time and guess work out of meals. The meals are really good. I put them on a baking sheet and pop them in my toaster oven and they turn out excellent. There is so much flavor and so far I have liked every single thing that I have tried. This is so helpful if you are looking to lose weight or want to maintain a healthy diet. I hardly even have to buy groceries with this. Thank you so much for this. I am so grateful

Low FODMAP meals are great!
I get the low FODMAP meals and each one I have eaten tastes really good. I just keep reordering the same 6 meals when available! I got the turkey last time and I hope that stays on the menu for a while. It was delicious and, as always, enough food! I do wish the packaging were easier to peel up and remove, but I can't argue that the packaging allows me to use my meals for up to 10 days before having to freeze them, so there is that benefit.

A huge disappointment
We were first time customers and we ordered 10 different meals. First of all the freeze wrapped appearance was very unsavory and after cooking it was difficult to remove the plastic top. The meals were not very tasty. The chicken meals were very tough. The shrimp meal had five shrimp in it and also was not very tasty. The steak we just threw out as you couldn’t even cut it. The green beans were so overcooked we had to throw them out. All in all, we were very disappointed with the appearance of the food, the flavors and the quality of the meats and immediately canceled our subscription.

The food is good
The food is good. A little overpriced. Every single order that I placed said that it would be showing up on one day and it actually arrived the next day so the times that my food arrive was completely unpredictable and sometimes thawed out before I was able to get to it. That’s the reason why I’ve canceled my membership. I called to talk to the company about this and they were not sympathetic, so I called to leave a message about canceling my subscription which they did for me without letting me know they had or thanking me for being a customer. I guess that severed our relationship.

If you like watery food, Modify Health is for you. Every meal contains a couple of tablespoons of liquid AFTER being heated that turns the food into a gross mush.

I am very unhappy with these meals
I am very unhappy with these meals. The meals with pasta are watery, runny, and have a bitter taste, like vinegar! For a lack of a better name, I will call their meat, "mystery meat"! I also had problems getting the wrapper off after cooking! If you are looking for good Gluten Free food, look to Amy's products. Very sorry I wasted my money!

Sadly I got gluten when I have celiac…
Sadly I got gluten when I have celiac disease. I received the wrong menu so they let me pick options of regular pasta and bread all with gluten in them even though my chart stated that I needed a gluten-free diet. They fixed it and sent me a new correct menu for next week but now I’m paying a very heavy price. I have been to my doctor for nausea and cramping meds already but there isn’t much to do to fix it. I just have to spend the next month flushing my body to clear it out. Currently I’m feeling very sick and not to mention they keep leaving the box at my neighbors house. The food is good but is it worth all the trouble. I have to call them once a week to see if my food is even in its way.

Tasty meals but portions are smaller than expected. Vacuum packing of meals makes it difficult to open them. This needs to be corrected.

Selections of prepared microwavable…
Selections of prepared microwavable meals for dietary restricted diets. My meal plan is tailored to only have meals for gastroenterological conditions (such as SIBO/IMO).
These meals make it possible to eat prepared LOW- FOD MAP meals easily.
Plus the App is very helpful so I recommend paying the $10 to purchase it.
Drawback...they are microwavable and I am not fond of microwaved meals in general.

The food is pretty good
The food is pretty good. Portion sizes are filling. I follow a low fodmap diet recommended by my doctor and nutritionist to help with IBS symptoms. This compliments NERVA a program for IBS hypnotherapy along with breathing exercises and physical exercise. Most importantly my meal planning and prepping just got easier.

We always appreciate customer feedback, so thank you. All of our meals are gluten-free, as organic as possible, and locally sourced with all farm-raised meats. In addition to this, we create meals that are a part of a very special need and difficult to shop for/put together, and the ease of having pre-made meals that cannot simply be purchased in a grocery store does add a bit to the cost of the meals. We like to think we are relatively well-priced compared to a lot of our competitors; however, we also offer something that very few do. We certainly hope to see you again in the future and that you stay well!
Not my idea of adult food
Food is shredded and chopped so it mixes with mash potatoes, etc and seems like mush. Disappointing because I thought the meat would be more like the pictures. Salmon and other fish dishes were one piece.
