Interesting collection and good quality

My order from Modesees was shipped in different packages so received them in three different deliveries. There was a delay in receiving the last one and I had to inquire about it before it was received. But every piece was worth the wait because they are all great quality at reasonable prices. I just placed a second order :) says a lot!

Horrible

Horrible. Unbelievable and outrageous

I waited for two months on an order, difficult returns, false information.

I waited for two months on an order, it arrived. I tried to return it, label emailed after return date. I disputed charge on my credit card and they fought it and won by sending an email to my credit card company with false information. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Pleasantly surprised

To be honest, I was a little skeptical about placing an order from this store at first, but I really loved the dress and decided to take the chance. I’m so glad I did! Not only was my order delivered much faster than I expected, but the dress itself truly exceeded my expectations.

The style is beautiful and very flattering, and the quality feels much better than I anticipated for the price. The fabric has a nice weight to it and doesn’t feel cheap at all. It looks exactly like the photos online, which is always a relief when ordering from a new store.

As other reviewers mentioned, it is definitely on the longer side. I’m 5’6” and ordered a size Small, and it hits long, but personally, I don’t mind that at all. It actually gives it a more elegant, flowy look. Overall, I’m really happy with my purchase and would absolutely order from them again.

My dress was too small

I ordered a dress that was too small. I emailed customer service to request instructions for an exchange and received the most friendliest customer service exchange of my life. I will continue to ship with Modesees for a long time. The quality of their clothes is excellent and they’re well priced.

lol. Wake up

lol.
Still waiting for some orders that are late.
Your product are like lottery. It’s always a hit or miss in reference to quality and fabric. Price is cheap so I gamble.
But honestly I would prefer to pay more but for better quality and service.

Do not oder anything-Fraud

Do not oder anything! They are a fraud. I purchased a dress and when it arrived it looks nothing like on the website. I spent over 100usd for the item. I'm so disappointed I will never order from them again

Unfortunately

Unfortunately, I will never order from this company again. Their website clearly states that they issue a full refund to the original form of payment. However, when my order arrived and one of the items didn’t fit, the return process was completely different from what was advertised.

I was told I would need to ship the item overseas at my own expense, which would have cost more than the item itself. Instead, they initially offered me only 20% back on my purchase — which is completely unacceptable. After going back and forth several times, they then said I didn’t need to return the item at all. In the end, I settled for 50% of what I paid, just to resolve the situation.

Please don’t waste your money. If the item doesn’t fit, you will not receive a full refund as promised and may end up stuck with clothing you can’t wear.

just following up on the response, I got from this company that they were happy. I got a full refund. I did not get a full refund. The company originally offered me only a 20% refund and I settled for 50 after negotiating back-and-forth so don’t be fooled they do not give a full refund so I hope they respond to this cause I’d like the other 50% of my order.

I love my new dress it is so stylish…

I love my new dress it is so stylish and comfortable. The fabric is just perfect it doesn’t wrinkle and it is soft. The color is also vivid. The fit is perfect and I recommended it to my friends. Looks designer and expensive. The people who work for Modesses are very professional and helpful. The packaging was very nice too. A good experience.

Excellent Customer Service

Excellent Customer Service. I was surprised at how well my exchange was handled. As a larger busted gal 36DD, I need to go up 2 sizes on a dress, I should have know better since it wasn't stretchy fabric. Reached out and they took care of it.
Excited to wear this gorgous well made dress to a friend's Western Wedding.

I ordered clothes changed my mind but they charged it again!! Wrong !!!

I ordered clothes from them then told them to refund my money they did. Now today i see they have went back again and charged it again!! I just saw that so i wanted to get on here again to say DONT USE them!!! I found the same item today on shein which was $21.00 not $135 they sre not honest and dont fall for it! If they put my funds back i will come and say i was wrong if not i will come here daily and post to save others from being scammed! The transaction was on the 18th and then they turned around and recharged it on the 21st and I’ve got the receipt showing it and my Banks well aware of it but I’ll just keep posting on here until something happens

The refund you received was processed promptly, and there is no duplicate or unauthorized charge from our side. If you see an extra charge on your statement, this is usually a temporary pending authorization from your bank that will automatically drop off within a few business days — this is common with refund processing.
We recommend checking with your bank to confirm that it is only a pending hold, not an actual charge.

How very disappointing

How very disappointing. Took ages for my item to arrive and when it did, it didn’t fit and was a terrible quality, far, far inferior to the quality it displayed online. Will never shop with them again and would advise all my friends to avoid. DID NT DO IT

Delivery instructions said 3 weeks, a bit long but I was willing to wait. 3 weeks turned into 2 months, I had enough and requested a refund through PayPal. NO contact information. I would avoid this company, surprised they are still in business .
