Total scammmmmm! I placed an order for $166 over a month ago, mind you their website says they ship within 24 hours, so after two weeks I contacted them and they told me it would be another two weeks to get here. Now it’s been over a month and they’re telling me it’s gonna be another 2 to 4 weeks to get here. Also, the link that they texted me to check on my order doesn’t even exist. They need to be put out of business and shouldn’t be allowed to advertise on local Patch websites! I’m so pissed and now I’m worried they have my credit card information, my email and my phone number. Really wish I would’ve read the reviews first! At this point I don’t expect to ever get the jumpsuit I ordered! Also, the five stars people are giving on here I feel are fake bots giving them good reviews! Total bullshit do not order from this fraudulent company!!!

Wonderful Experience Purchasing & Customer Support - what a wonderful experience, I will definitely buy again from Modesees. I got my purchase and the cut and fabric were great but it was too BIG :(. I got an exchange with no hassle and quick customer turnaround. Definite BUY!!

Response was immediate when I contacted them to exchange two items because of size. The assistance was wonderful, the quality of items is great.

They very understanding and accommodating.

If there would be a negative rating for this company they would get a full 100% minus. I ordered items back in December and as of now they are still out of stock and money were never refunded. I exchanged 36 emails with Modesees: they offered me a replacement for out of stock items. And guess what: no matter what I pick -EVERYTHING IS OUT OF STOCK!! I like that 4 months in a raw! No money refunded, no goods delivered, hundreds of $$ missing...;(

SCAM.

I got a USD 145 dress that was oversized and I wrote to them for exchange or return. No reply whatsoever. They didn’t care!!!!!!

I tried giving a review on the website to warn others but it wasn’t published. The website only had 5 star reviews.

This brand is made in China . Be aware of it.

Item order back in February still has not been received and I have been emailing you without no response!!!

This is a 5 Star company. The customer service is fantastic. I had an issue with a size, and they solved my problem immediately. No questions asked. The products are very nice quality, but the great thing about the company was the customer service!

I read the reviews right after I ordered and panicked! I Called my credit card (Discover) and immediately put a “disputed charge” on for my 3 Modesees orders. I was wrong. I received all 3 dresses in less than 2

weeks! And the styles and quality are very good.
2 dresses fit perfectly (size 14/L, 170 # 5’7”) but one was tight in the upper arms.
Modesees customer service asked me to send a screen shot showing I’d removed the credit card dispute which I just did. Patience is required for e-mail responses and that seems to be the only route for an customer support. But if you love one of Modesees’ designs and are confident of your size, I think it’s worth a shot!

Several months ago I was preparing for a March trip to Kauai. I found what I thought were a few adorable jumpsuits from Modesees online so, although the items were more expensive than I wanted to spend, I thought they were worth it. Immediately upon my order being transacted, my credit card was charged approximately $350.00. The items never arrived. For months I’ve been asking for a refund, with rarely a response. When they do respond they just tell me to be patient. My trip passed and now it’s APRIL and still nothing. No clothing and no refund. I’m going to report these people to every agency I can find. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!

The quality is similar to SHEIN where the pictured item is not the same as what you receive. I ordered a dress and a two piece skirt set and with both items they did not look the same as pictured online. I understand clothing looks different depending on body type and size but the difference was also with the quality of the material. I have 1 star because customer service offered to send me a free item to avoid me sending the items back because I would’ve had to pay for shipping. I shouldn’t have been surprised that the item sent for replacement was not any better of a quality. I probably should’ve taken the loss and sent the items back.

Absolutely terrible experience. I placed an order and was charged, but never received the items.

This has been a complete waste of money and time, especially as the items were meant to be a gift.

Based on my experience, I would strongly warn others to completely avoid this company.

I gave them one star because no stars wasn't an option. Total scam...cheap chinese clothing! Expects customers to send items back at their cost!! Crap clothes....DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

Instead of accepting another eye item, I asked for a return address which turns out to be in China . I paid $30
to return item to a China address in November when I requested a reset update in March, you notify me that it still has not been received in the warehouse and it’s in transit

Wow great customer service. I needed to size down and the customer service team was right on it! I ordered a dress for a party and it’s simply beautiful. The material is great and very good quality. I was pleasantly surprised!

ABSOLUTE SCAM. I placed my order on 10 February and still haven’t received it. After 42 days with no delivery or communication from them, I contacted them multiple times requesting to cancel the order and receive a refund. Instead of actioning this, they repeatedly offered discount vouchers, which I declined each time, clearly restating that I wanted the order cancelled as it had not yet been shipped.
Despite this, they went ahead and shipped the order anyway. It still hasn’t arrived and they are now refusing to provide a refund.
The reviews on their own website are fake - they will not publish my review.
BE WARNED - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Customer Support was super responsive and helpful when I had an issue with my shipment. They worked with me until my issues were resolved! I am more than happy with my experience!

i tried to report them to instagram to stop them from advertising.
They are crooks
dont enter your credit card details, u wont get your order, or if they don't have stock they will send u 2 of what they have in stock just. instead of 2 different items u ordred.

Great material! It’s hard to find good quality so I was happy to find or that this dress was made of quality linen.
