Have ordered online before and have been very disappointed, so I was reluctant to try Modesees - but, the quality of the dress, the soft, classy color - and I love the linen fabric - not see through at all, just wonderful. Even the packaging was first class.
Dress was a little oversized for me in the shoulders, asked to exchange for a size smaller, customer service was great! Expediting the new dress so I have it in time for my event. Already saw new things I will be purchasing in the future, very pleased with Modesees -

Efficient exchange and return staff
I recently planned to return an item that was far too large. Instead, Modesee offered me to keep it ( I will have it altered) and order anything else that interested me. Very easy, quick replies, efficient. You are getting what you pay for, however. Fit is an issue.

Expensive Feels
The sweater dress I bought arrived timely I’m secure packaging and it’s really great quality material! The material is soft and feels expensive. I’m very pleased. I am usually a medium but sometimes I fit a small in the chest so when I asked Modesees if I could exchange for a small were helpful. I will shop them again but will only purchase size small.

I have often found these chat messages to be difficult to navigate. But I stayed connected and received very good feedback. For that reason I would definitely order from this company again. Also, the company is based in China; therefore, if you have a return, you will need to pay for shipping to return the items to them. It costs me $100 to return 2 dresses. They need to disclose this on their website. ZERO STARS!

Modesses is doing everything right when it comes to their customer service. I had placed an order on December and when I received it, it fit bigger than expected. Shortly after they reached out to me and are sending me another dress. This is huge to me because I was honestly not going to even bother of returning it back. Do not order—beware no returns, no phone number
Do not order—beware! There’s no number to contact them. My order was placed 3 months ago and they emailed me that the item is no longer available and choose an alternate of any price. I followed directions and now they are emailing me chose an item of the same price. They are a big scam and I recommend you not order from them. Bad customer service and they definitely will not refund your money.

I previously ordered a dress which was great but not like the picture. I received an email extending apologies for the dress not being exactly what I wanted and offered me another item at the same or less cost with expedited shipping all for free. So I got another great dress. I think there was some history of poor service in the past for this company but it seems like they are working hard to rememdy that. I would highly recommend this company and their products.

I ordered the "Women's Knit Loose Large Round Neck Batwing Sleeve Mini Dress" in the Army Green color. The delivery of the dress was so fast, within just a few days. The dress is so beautiful and absolutely meets expectations. The quality of the dress is gorgeous and so worth the purchase. Great customer service
I purchased a dress and upon arrival I did not like it. I contacted customer service, and they were very responsive. The dress is actually fairly well made, but the color and shape were off for me from what was online. However, what I really appreciate is that they were very willing to make it right, and great customer service isn't that popular anymore, so that was a very pleasant surprise and simply because of that, I will continue to purchase from them.

Lovely green dress in a stretch material, sits perfectly on me, beautiful design.
First ordered size L according to the measurements given, but was a bit bulky, therefore had to change it for a smaller size. Customer service was amazing - they just sent me another dress of the requested size and did not asked to return the first one back! Absolutely brilliant!
