Wife absolutely loves her new electric wheelchair. Ben and the team are 1st class. Ben went above and beyond even put his hand in his own pocket for added extras for the chair. Thanks from the bottom of our heart's, you have given my wife a new lease of life. Thank you thank you thank you.

I rang modern mobility 11sept about 4pm.
Problem, not charging,puncture rear tyre.
Spoke to Ben👋hi Ben,fully expecting the sucking in of air,'ooh,can't fit you in till next -----.
WRONG lovely cheerful Ben arranged an engineer visit 12sept.Engineer Grandad👋 hi Grandad, later rang to say he'd be here at 8am.
As promised,on the dot Grandad arrived.Did a couple of on the spot checks, needed to take scooter to sort my tyre problem😮‍💨.Thought that would mean not seeing my scooter for a couple of days.
HOW WRONG WAS I.
Grandad loaded my scooter and off he went (8:30am).
At 11:30am I got a phone call,my scooter was on its way back to me.
I am over the moon about 1)friendly HAPPY response to my call 2)meeting Grandad (he too was happy, cheerful and informative) and a speedy gonzales in his work.3)the caring attitude of the staff at MODERN MOBILITY.
I would highly recommend this company without hesitation.
I fully understand that not every job can be sorted this quickly but if they can they will.They don't drag jobs out,they get on with it,many other companies could learn from their work ethics.

Anisley went above and beyond to get dad’s chair in yesterday. Dad really suffers with swollen feet so the recliner chair helps with comfort n pain. Thank you modern mobility for great service and Anisley for getting dad comfortable again xx

We had the pleasure of Tinsley and ronan aka the chuckle brothers, what a couple of gre8at guys, pleasant and very professional, even came back to put my wheel back on in their own time, cracking pair of lads and company, have said it before and will say again brilliant firm

I brought two wheelchairs one in May and then decided to go back for a manual chair also as I found Nick the store manager very approachable and knowledgeable but also listens to the person in the wheelchair and very down to earth I also dealt with Simon from Quickie and wouldn’t hesitate to go back to them or recommend them to my friends

I brought my new chairs and electric power wheel that clips on to them from Modern Mobility. It is the first time I have been to them but it won't be my last they are very helpful and honest and Nick the store manager who I dealt with the most time and who came out to oversee everything was particularly helpful. Will definitely be going back to them and can strongly recommend them and Simon from Quickie who also came with Nick was also very good and helpful

We used Modern Mobility to fix my daughters electric wheelchair. I rang the company and a great chap called Benji came out the same day and took the chair away to be repaired. Within a week they had ordered the new part and fitted it and the wheelchair was delivered back much to my daughters delight.Fantastic service

The service was amazing, they set the new wheelchair up & took away the old wheelchair with no extra charge. Delivery was arranged around us.

Fantastic service done bye grandad and also Debbie that sorted me with a new scooter , brilliant all ov them and I wud strongly advise anybody that needs disablement aparatouse to go to modern mobility . Lovely and friendly.

This company is amazing. Jamie was so polite and extremely efficient and friendly too. Nick and Lewis who came and fitted my stairlift were very professional and also polite too. They arrived on time and tidied up afterwards. I would definitely recommend Modern Mobility to anyone who is interested in having a stairlift fitted or for any Mobility needs.
