Do you offer low,low intereste rates and financing with say $50 a month for low income seniors or maybe a go fund me person??

Not a very useful estimate. 2k to 14k I already know the cost range a bit more specific would be more useful since I am looking to remodel maybe asking my budget would have been helpful and yes it is above 2000$ but no were near 14,000

You didn't offer enough variables. I want a walk-in 60-in. Tub to shower conversion!

Calculator needs to be more specific regarding home type (block), size (sq ft), levels, age. Calculator range needs to be more accurate based on home type / layout.

been searching for a ballpark figure for 16 months, yours has been the best most reasonable. i have had 2 companies to the house and there estimates were 3x's higher, 15 to 16 thousand.

I was contacted by a company. The same i applied. I amazed at what a blessing this could be!

I would advise doing your due diligence when contacting local builders or contractors and not use anyone who basically uses this company as a 3rd party. I thought I was calling a local contractor in my area. Realized it wasn't when I got a phone call within 30 seconds of filling out an online inquire, Turns out, Modernize is just a company that looks for other contractors for you. I thought I was contacting ONE contractor. Similar to Angie, etc. You will forever be bombarded with phone calls. Very scammy-like. Getting a new roof has already been a difficult process. Now I'm having to sort through which calls are legitimate and almost missed an important call from the REAL contractor my insurance company contracted. Pretty annoying to be honest. Modernize isn't selling a service. They're selling services to try and service you. Ridiculous.

I found the hole process quite easy and didn't take a long time. I biggest thing is I found out that theirs absolutely no way I can afford new replacement windows. I live in a home I custom built. I've been working around the construction business most of my life and I thought I'd have no problem with overseeing the construction of my new home. Boy oh boy was I wrong...is looking at new windows and doors and a new roof. There's no way I can afford fixing all the things that are failing well before it's time. The sad thing is this low life thief is still building homes and he on his third or fourth business name. The house was built 13 years ago give or take. That builder has nothing to do with any of the people here.

We sign in contact for 10 leads
$2200 sales guy told us we will setup account with our account manager. We change our schedule for dispatchers for thay able to answer phones at the time frame thay put in contract. I'm owner of the company Go with Alaina Selby over details. And we tell here what type off calls we expect to receive. And ask to replace my personal number to special tracking number create for modernize.
In 3 days follow up call we find out they send us 5 leads but we received 0 we test our side everything working perfect. Than thay send me recorded leads and first 3 no one answer
Then I'm find out call go to my cellphone. And I'm remember i hawe call thay says SCAM LIKLE And I'm answer to tell (are you crazy to keep calling on Saturday) but find out it’s real people who need plumbing service i’m asking who thay call and what number thay call and it was Antonys plumbing when my dispatch call on that number call go direct to me ( for this phone call they charge me $200).
Alaina do not reply on my second email 4th day.
Also I'm received call where people try reach biggest plumbing company in my area. (looks like thay still calls from other business)

The website led me to believe I would be able to view multiple rough quotes online, and I unchecked every box giving them permission to call me. I got a call within seconds of submitting the form, and it wasn't even for the service I requested information about. I blocked most calls that came in (by the looks of it, it would've been at least eight), but the few that I answered by mistake were all about a service I was never interested in. I never was able to view any pricing information online. Do not trust this company with your contact information unless you want a ton of calls that may or may not be relevant.

Have a contractor

I'll do it myself it's a hell of alot cheaper I'm on a fixed income so I'll take care of it myself
